A+ Service! We recently purchased a spa and a cold plunge from Family Time Spas in Grand Junction. Brian was super helpful in arranging the removal of our old hot tub and coordinating delivery and installation of our new equipment. We absolutely love our new spa and the cold plunge is totally amazing!

We are very pleased with our CalSpa we use it every night sit out in it and look up at the Stars. The jets are wonderful and seam to pound out all the stiffness and Muscle Cramps in our Backs. We notice it relaxes us and we are sleeping better! Thanks to the wonderful staff at Family Time Spas they are and have been helpful from Sales to Set up! Highly recommended from first time Spa

I went in to buy spa chemicals. Only one other customer in the store at the time. I selected my products and placed them at the register counter where I was ignored for 5 minutes. There were 3 employees working who all ignored me. 2 of these employees were seated behind the counter on their phones. They never acknowledged me. I finally left. I will never go back.

The owners were amazing, they talked to us about our pool and gave us tips on how to use the shock properly. They were very friendly and extremely helpful! The owner even gave us a pump to help clean out our turtle pond. Definitely the best business In town to buy pool and spa supplies.

Great Place and wonderful people. They went above and beyond. Friendly and great at educating and showing what you need to do. To be honest I had a problem with a Hot Tub and these guys went above and beyond to help me. I ended up with a new hot tub, and yes it did cost more. But they understood my expectations and needs after we talked I ordered an upgraded tub, they understood my background and told me I would be happy with a new tub. I looked at the specs and it sounded great. Well I got it a few weeks ago and I will tell you: It's perfect. I also know if there is a problem, these are people you can talk to. The Tub I got is called the Aurora 3. Perfect for 3 people, but both me and my wife really love it. It's small but powerful, great jets, great lights, takes care of this old body after exercising, or chores. It has one seat that jets hit your legs just right for getting rid of tight muscles. Then another for back relaxing. Then it has a small waterfall, and lights that are also a treat. Great Hot Tub! Great People.

Family Time Spas is an EXCELLENT place to buy your spa! We checked several places in Grand Junction and are SO glad we went with Family Time. We worked with the owner, the salesman, and the service technicians. EVERYONE was very good at their job, well versed in the specs for each spa, and so supportive of Family Time. Our Platinum Spas spa was delivered without issue. The owner recommended an electrician as we needed a new electrical connection. The service guys were always friendly, quick to respond, and expeditious with their work to get our spa installed and operational. Our Platinum Spas choice has a bazillion jets, seats 3 people, allows jets on one side and/or both sides, and can sync with our phone for music. It is EVERYTHING we hoped for! Thank you, Family Time, for being so very good!

I purchased a hot tub for more than $10k. They delivered a defective tub that leaked. Refused to make it right and get me a non-defective hot tub. They just sent out someone to patch it. So now the patch will fail conveniently when it's no longer under warranty and they successfully scammed a paying customer. Beyond the fraud, they're condescending and phony. Women - do NOT do business with the owner especially. I have receipts if the owner tries to deny any of this.
