Their customer service in my experience has been top notch. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to send a special shout-out to Marissa. Excellence Med Spa is the best med spa I have ever been to! Robin is amazing at the front desk and always works with your schedule! Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind. I’ve had laser hair removal, hydra facials, and Botox - all wonderful. You want to trust your injector and Ashley is especially phenomenal!!

Great experience here! Went in for a consult to see what kind of procedure would work best for me. Had no expectations of actually getting anything done today. But… Ashley was AMAZING she squeezed me in to give me a more in depth consult since she had time before her lunch. Then (I’m pretty sure she went into her lunch break for me) she took the time to do some lip filler!!! Just gave me a little extra plump, but still looks natural! Nothing over the top just enhanced and brought me to what I used to feel like. I could tell from the way the Ashley interacted with her other clients (ones actually scheduled for procedures today) that she really loved her craft and really enjoyed making people feel just a little better and then I was able to experience it first hand! She did absolutely amazing and took so much care to make sure I was comfortable! I cannot recommend her enough!

I have received Botox injections with Ashley. Ashley is not only super personable, but she takes pride in her work and wants to make sure her client is happy with their results. She takes her time to explain the areas of the face and how different treatments will impact those areas. She also makes you feel completely at ease, this is super important coming from someone who had a huge phobia of needles.
I also had a wonderful hydrafacial with Brooke. She was wonderful and helped me feel fully relaxed. I will be getting more services at Excellence Medical Spa in the future.

Nurse Ashley is fantastic! She’s so approachable and friendly. She listens to your goals and helps craft and achievable treatment plan to meet her client’s goals and budget. I’ve been seeing Ashley for over a year now and still find a way to make it back to excellence med spa despite having moved 250 miles away! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I cannot recommend highly enough. Ashley and everyone at Excellence are the best of the best.
