I can not explain how happy I was when I left my facial appointment. Everyone was very welcoming. I was a few minutes early and they brought me over to this comfy chair that heats up. In this fabulous room, I found my niece a beautiful pair of earrings, without even leaving the chair!! Who needs an appointment after that. I’ll just stay there! Ha!

I plan on coming back and sharing the experience with my friends family! Ladies Fun Day!

Came here as a last resort since my regular salon in NY is closed on Monday’s and my daughter wanted her hair straight for school. I went based off the google reviews and ratings and decided to give this place a try. When I called to schedule an appointment, I clearly stated my daughter has curly hair and if there is someone with experience who will be able to manage and I was reassured that it was no problem. Upon arriving, the place was completely empty with one stylist. I was hesitant as I’m usually very picky with hairstylist’s. I then decided to not have my daughter’s hair cut, instead just wash and dry. Joann took about an 1 hr and 30 min just to blow dry her hair. I had to continuously tell her she’s not adding enough heat and her response was “ I know, I’m going to fix it.” After her spending more than 30 min on the first back piece, I figured she didn’t know what she was doing. She would use the excuse that my daughter’s ends are really dry and it’s going to take a lot of work. Long story short, after I expressed to Joann the horrible job she did, she became defensive and began slamming her tools and being rough on my daughter’s hair. I must’ve told her 3 times I will just fix it at home so I can leave but she wouldn’t listen. I think the part that irritated me the most was when she told me,” I’m sorry you feel that way, but I think it looks pretty good to me!”. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I did get my refund but if you’re going to have hairstylist please make sure they know what they’re doing. It took me 30 minutes to fix the mess she did. I love everything about this salon. Lauren the owner cuts and colors my hair and she is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. I've had facials, massages and have used the sauna many times. Their monthly sound healing event is also great! I highly recommend this salon and spa.

My friend recently got a haircut with Patty and recommended me to go get a haircut with her as well since she did such a good job. I called the salon and made an appointment, asked specifically for Patty and they scheduled me with someone else, then I again asked for Patty and they scheduled me for Saturday WITH PATTY. When I got there, since I didn’t know who Patty was and the receptionist called be by my name I thought everything was fine. Then they told me Patty left and Joanne was gonna be cutting my hair. I said ok because I didn’t want to give them a hard time and decided to trust her since she wasn’t the one my friend recommended. They didn’t call me to at least let me know Patty wasn’t gonna be there. I showed Joanne the picture of what I wanted and she did completely the opposite. I can’t stress this enough. I’ll post the picture of my hair before, what I asked and what she did. Definitely NOT what I asked and showed her. Please if you don’t know what you’re doing, let someone else do it. I’m sure this haircut would look good on someone else but definitely not on my type of hair and also she did not do what was asked. I’m so disappointed, it’s beyond words.

Lauren was Wonderful! She got me in fairly quickly and she listened to what I wanted. The staff is very welcoming and the salon is very nice. I was able to try the New Salt Cabin Infrared Spa... AMAZING! I loved it. I have arthritis with constant pain and the pain was almost gone when I left after the first treatment. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I could Breathe better too. Take the time to take care of yourself! This is a great way to do it. You can even bring a friend.

I have been going to Eurolux for 5 years now and I could never imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. The owner, Lauren, is so professional, an amazing business woman, artist, (and person!). The vibes in Eurolux are great from when you enter to when you leave. They offer 3 saunas which have significantly improved my quality of life. The staff is exceptional and highly informed, willing to answer any questions to help you meet your unique health needs. Not to mention I feel safe here due to the great environment Lauren has created and trustworthy people. I've never seen the place anything but sparkling clean. Best salon in the area by far -

I just have to say, if you need to relax, this is the place for you!! Had the works done today! I started off in the Chromotherapy tank then had a fabulous facial with Maria! I had the Botanical Calming facial and it was so relaxing. Then they have a new room for their Ionic Foot Detox which just just added one more level to my relaxation. And finally - got my haircut by Lauren who gave me a great new cut. And for once, everyone in my household noticed. What a fabulous day!! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to having it all done again soon.

Not only did Joanne welcome me with open arms, she washed, cut, and blew my hair to pure perfection.
I have received numerous compliments on the cut. And the price was fair (by today’s standards). Thanks very much! See you in a few months.
