WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE PLACE… first time in and WOW. Andy did my full set on my toes, Ryan did my pedicure and Kim did my full set on my hands and they ALL were amazing. Very accommodating, professional and friendly.
Nothing was rushed, and everyone made sure I was satisfied throughout my process. Clean bathroom, clean shop and fresh tools. I’ve had SO many bad experiences over the years, but this place really put it all to ease. I will definitely be back and I highly suggest the Royal pedicure! Worth every penny.

Essence Nail Spa Andy is truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my nails were perfect. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they looked when I left! I’ve received so many compliments since my visit, and I feel fabulous showing them off. Oh my God so I got recommended here by someone I know and I’m grateful that I went and met who did my nails because she did an amazing job with my nails and she recommended other technicians who are great as well to me. That’s shows good morals to recommend more people.

This was the worst experience I have ever had the man who did my pedicure was amazing but the nail tech who did my nails rushed me and did a horrible job. It looks like a 3rd grader did the design on my nails and they are way too thick. I was there for almost 3 hours because the nail tech had to keep starting over not knowing how to ombré or kept second guessing himself. I tried to tell them the nails were too thick and the design was terrible if I could get them redone. They kept telling me it’s because I want my nails short and not coffin that the design is not like the picture and my nails are not too thick that’s how they are suppose to be. I have been getting my nails done for years and never have I been this unhappy I shouldn’t have even tipped him but I am not that type of person. I kept asking to fix them they told me I’d have to come back on Monday which I work and could not come back they were not working with me and defiantly over charged me I had to get out of there before I made a scene. Maybe writing this review I will finally get my money back because now I had to come somewhere else to get them repainted and thinned out.

I can't imagine going anywhere else for my nails! The level of skill and attention to detail here is outstanding. They always take the time to ensure my nails are perfect. The salon has such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I love how they use high-quality products that keep my nails healthy. Every visit leaves me feeling pampered and beautiful!

I am absolutely in love with my nails after visiting this salon! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. Tony always hits the ball out of the park for me! I trust him to give me the best set every time and I love giving him creative freedom because he totally gets my personal style.
