I have been coming to Essence for 10+ years. Frank, the owner, wants to make sure everyone is well taken attended to, and he always makes me feel like a queen!? Kate G. is an amazing stylist, instinctively knowing what’s right for my hair. I would give six stars if that were possible!

A number of years ago I called Essence needing a haircut asap. Sylvie was available and I received the best results I've had in long time with her. My hair is challenging, but I received compliments on my cut for the first time in years. So I have continued with Sylvie; she is very supportive and helpful with my hair concerns (also a really nice person). Entire staff is always friendly as well.

I have been using Essence for years for my haircuts and coloring. Beth has been my go to girl!!! I bought hair products from them and their items were cheaper then Amazon!!!. Frank is the owner and makes sure his Wellness Center is clean and quiet for a relaxing experience. The young girl at the front desk was very polite and had nice manners.

If Beth Clark were a composer she'd be Mozart. Beth listened to my thoughts and concerns. I named two famous people with cuts I love. Beth then had free reign. She cut clipped, brushed and dried my hair with mindful focus. I am getting my 7th haircut today. I can't wait to get there. So sorry it took me so long to post this over due post.

I am new to Essence in the last year and have been so pleased. The salon is spotless and all of the staff are extremely friendly. Cathy D is a fabulous stylist. I have curly hair, so there are definitely challenges to cutting and styling. Cathy takes the time to consult with me at every appointment to see what is working and what we can improve on. She also is great with color. I would highly recommend Essence for Beauty to anyone looking for a salon.

Thank you, Liz and Essence, for a great haircut. The best I have had in awhile!

I used to see Liz several years ago and due to a move and a job change; I was not able to see Liz for a few years. I am back getting my haircut with Liz and I could not be happier. Her professionalism, skill, welcoming demeanor and energy always make for a wonderful visit.
