Update#2- In response: This review is from a year ago. My first update was to correct typos. Take accountability. The work was poor. The lady was rude. There is room for improvement. Show people that you're professionals who learn and grow from constructive criticism.

This was my second time here. The first time it was fine. This time I only got a full set of short clear pink (no gel) nails. Also got my brows done. The lady doesn't smile, greet you or talk to you.. that was fine because I didn't want to talk either.. She was super fast. Maybe too fast. She cut off my natural nails without asking. Just cut them all the way to the nub.
I thought it was weird that she did my nails first and then cut my cuticles. It was a little painful. It felt like she was rushing. She didn't ask me to wash my hands before painting them and now I can see hair and debris stuck inside. She also didn't use the electric file to round off the inside like I always see elsewhere. The shape is a but too square. When the light hits the polish I can really see where the lumps and ridges are. They're not painted all the way to the ends. It's inconsistent and very frustrating. If I do go back I will request someone else. This is the 3rd day

I love this salon!!! All of the girls working there are so kind and genuine. I started going there in about August and have been going since. I specially get my nails done with Alivia. Every set that she has done for me looks just like the pictures that I have shown her. The quality is also top tier. My nails last a fair amount of time for the way I treat my hands. All of them truly enjoy what they do and provide a good experience for all.

The ONLY nail salon I trust! Abby is absolutely incredible. I get gel x extensions, and they always come out perfectly. They are very strong, and nicely last 3 weeks even with my career training horses. Abby is always able to take my ideas and make the most stunning sets out of them! Her art skills are phenomenal. The atmosphere in the salon is peaceful and nice. I think prices are very good for the level of care, quality, and technique you’ll get from here.

Emily is the absolute best! I’m never left waiting, and she always gives me exactly what I ask for.
I am extremely rough on my nails, yet with Emily’s technique my nails last 3-4 weeks (possibly longer) before I even need a refill. (Whereas with my previous nail techs I was popping off nails within a week.)
Emily is super sweet and hilarious. It’s always great vibes in the shop.
I’ll never go anywhere else.
