I have been going here for at least 6-7 years and never had a complaint. All staff have been friendly, exceeded when I bring pictures for inspiration and reasonably priced! Highly recommend to everyone!!

I just want to update my review by saying I have continuously came to Amy and Annie at Elle Nails since I wrote my last review. I have had many manicures done here and have never left unhappy. I've even grown to trust their opinions and pretty much let them have full rein in changing my inspo pictures in ways they'd think would be better. I can not recommend this entire salon enough. Even my boyfriend comes in for pedicures every now and then!

I came here looking to find a new nail place to call home. I moved to the area, and my old nail place is now an hour away. I have found my new nail place! Everyone was so sweet and patient. It really put me at ease with it being my first time there. I wish I knew the name of the person who did my nails. She was absolutely amazing. I had a horrible experience at a nail place 2 weeks earlier, trying to find a new regular place. She took off my old set and put this amazing set on. I will definitely be going back for my fills etc. I never even knew it was there, as it's kind of tucked away. But it's truly a hidden gem!

I got a gift card from my son and his girl friend for Christmas last year. I decided to go and get a manicure. I loved it. My nail are very soft and brittle after a week or so the paint started to left and my nails were ripping underneath. I asked Mimi who is the girl i go to what I could do about this. She suggested i try the dipped polish instead. It was amazing! I love my nails and Mimi is the best nail tech ever! Thank you for making my hands beautiful!!

A co worker recommended me the nail salon and I gave the chance, because is so hard to find a good nail salon around were a live. First, they surprised me, because I made my appointment on WhatsApp and Amy responded in seconds and found me a space for the same day. Is a very helpful person and always respond my questions at the moment. When I went to the salon was looked busy and I waited around 15min that’s the reason you need to make your appointment on time, but Lee did a great job with my nails at the point two weeks after my nails look strong and nice, the only sad thing… that day I didn’t have any cash with me and they don’t have the card credit tip option. They accept Venmo and cash. Next time I will try pedicure service. I will recommend this place to someone like’s a kind client service and clean place.

I used to recommend this place for so long. I was one of the first clients to start going to Elle when they first opened and I went there for 2-3yr, every 2 wks. Sandy and her mom were great! Mya was the best nail tech I had. I stopped going when they fired Mya. I was very disappointed with the lack of experience and the terrible customer service of other nail techs. After not going to this salon for a year now, I decided to try them again today. I made an appointment online, when I got to the salon I was rudely asked what I was doing there and I simply stated “I have a gel polish change apt for 515” and I was ignored. Someone different came and seated me 10 min later. I just got a fill at my normal place last week but my polish was clipping and I am leaving for vacation in a couple days so all I wanted was a simple polish change. The women complained that she was having a hard time removing my gel polish because it was a design, she was so rough and didn’t know what she was doing to file through all the gel and straight through my real nail!!! When I pulling my hand away from her in pain she kept pulling my hand back to continue filing. I said it hurt and it was hot and she didn’t listen she continues to file. I patiently waited and gave her a chance to fix her mistake and she went on and ignored it. I stopped her from polishing and asked if she was going to fix my nail she said no and looked at it like nothing was wrong. I told her that I just got a fill a week ago I get overlay on my real nails and you filled all my overlay off that’s why it hurts and looks red like this. She shakes her head and holds up the gel polish bottle and said I fix it. At this point I was very upset. She decided to attempt to fix her mistake and only made it worst. She put a thin layer of acrylic on it and then filed it all off leaving it the same way she had already damaged it. I asked for French tips. Because who can mess that up? Well I was wrong. She did, it took her 6 tries between two fingers to make a simple French tip and couldn’t so I told her just paint them all white because at this point a 20 min apt had turned into an hour and I’m very upset. And then at the end to make matters worst, they advertise on 4 different signs that a gel polish change on your hands is $25. I asked how much it would be and I was told $25. I checked out with someone different who changed me $38.10, and said it’s tax because I used a debit card payment. And asked if I had cash for a tip. So not only was that false advertising of how much it cost the tax was $13 more?!!! And you have the nerve to ask for a tip after terrible service! My nails are ugly thick and bumpy. I’m extremely upset with the damage to my real nail on one of my fingers and I was over charged. And I went home with polish all over me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Tammy is rude, disrespectful and snobby. And Annie who did my nails doesn’t know what she doing at all.

I've been going to Elle for a couple months now. All the nail techs I've had so far, for full acrylic sets, have been good. I especially liked Lee, who recently did my fill and I believe it was Emmy, who is the go-to for nail art. Clean establishment and friendly techs.
