My daughter had a facial done with Eleni, she raved about it and said it was the best!!
She suffers with acne and after one facial her skin started to look softer, not as red and angry as it had been!

Receiving a facial from Eleni is superb. She is a true master! Her personality is bright, kind and relatable. I felt her knowledge and skills were outstanding. Her products were well researched, effective and delightful. I loved how pleasant the natural aromas were, not at all synthetic or laden with perfumes. The massage was magnificent, my favorite part she massaged with such perfect pressure and rubbed away all my wrinkles and plumped my face to look 10 years younger. What a treat! I highly recommend! I have sensitive and acne prone skin but I have had it under control for the last 5 or so years. All of a sudden in the beginning of this year, the skin on my face became red, inflamed, pimples/whiteheads/cysts started popping up everywhere. At almost 30 years old, you can only imagine how embarrassing and frustrating this was. My typical skin care regimen wasn't doing anything and I was truly at a loss. I tried to get into the dermatologist and they didn't have an appointment until next year!!! After doing some looking, I found Eleni and decided to give her a call based on her Google reviews. After being frustrated and insecure about this for months, one phone call with her, and she put my mind at ease. She is not only so sweet and friendly, but highly empathetic and validated how I was feeling (basically like I didn't want to leave the house). She really took the time to understand what was going on, what could be contributing to the problem, and reassured me that we would work together to get to the bottom of it. Fast forward, I had my first appointment at her new location (absolutely adorable!!!!). She gave me a custom facial that felt like heaven. I was so comfortable the whole time, she explained what she was doing and what the product would help with, as well as how it would feel (cool, tingly, etc.). After she was done, she picked out some products she thought might help me. She explained what they were and worked with me to decide which would work best with my current products and which ones we could revisit at another date once I got my skin under control. Eleni was not pushy about the products at all!!!! Skincare is not cheap, but I settled with a few products that I am already obsessed with! A few weeks later and my skin is less inflamed, no more white heads, much smoother and showing signs of healing. The products are doing exactly what she said they'd do. Is the problem totally gone? No. And we both knew it wouldn't be after one treatment. But do I feel optimistic and confident that I'm on the right track and Eleni knows what she's doing? 100%

I went to Eleni for the first time recently and received the best facial I’ve had in years! Before she got started with me we had a sit down face to face conversation about my skin which right off the bat I was impressed by that as no other esthetician has done that for me. I was breaking out terribly and after my facial my skin was noticeably better. I also love her new space in Madison it’s so cute! I can’t wait for my next visit, thank you Eleni! 🙂
