So many things wrong. I had a consult to discuss what I wanted then had to wait over a month. Now I am two weeks out from my honeymoon thinking I am finally going to take the time and money to get good hair. I spent over 4.5 hours in the chair to get a horrible hair cut I didn't want. I showed pictures and talked about the style I wanted. I wanted darker hair for winter and layers and got NONE of that. Do not go here I have never had an experience like this. On top of it the hairstylist told me that it was not clear what I wanted and that I have so much and hair and is so long that it was too hard.

addendum 11/1: I called the salon to verify this the day of comment. Did not receive a call back. I will be getting my hair fixed at another salon in town.

The best cuts in town I love this place. They have honest to god good products, and their stylists are reasonable people who won't give you an insane cut you can't style. I said I wanted bangs that I could grow out and it's been such a breeze.

Had a facial with Mary Ella and had a great experience. She was kind, kept me informed through out the whole process, and she was very intentional with the facial and catered it to my skin needs. We did a peel mask and now almost a week later my face is feeling smooth and even in texture- I have very oily spots or really dry patches so having even texture is hard. 12/10. Great experience.

Had a facial done with Katie and Emma and thoroughly enjoyed my experience so much that I immediately recommended the service to my mom for some pampering! The ladies made sure to explain everything that they were doing, checked the product ingredients to make sure they were clear of my allergens and took the time to address some of my problem areas. It was a nice and calming environment for a quick little 'cat nap'.

I got a massage to release a knotted muscle in my back. Jessie had a cancelation that opened a slot for me to get in right away. She took care of the knot and gave me a very nice head to toe massage.

Purchased a gift card for my fiance. She had her hair do e and it was awful. She gave them a second try for nails, and she had a good experience. Wanted to get her nails done again, but Elements no longer provides the service. I called to get a refund so we could go to a different salon. The manager of Elements stated that the gift card had no value and she could not refund the balance. Sure had a lot of "value" at the time I purchased it!! Now I understand why we were encouraged NOT to go there in the beginning. What a horrible experience, all around! Strongly suggest looking anywhere else for service. Too bad I had to give the 1 star. That was generous!!!!!​
