I don’t like doing this, but my most recent experience was absolutely ridiculous and disheartening. I have been going to this dynamic since I was 18/19 years old. It was the first spray tan I ever had for my senior prom, the tanning place I went to prior to my wedding and every 2-3 days for about a year and a half before having my first baby. After having my second and last baby I have been struggling with my own image a lot and PPD. I went in to get a little spray tan and possibly renew my membership with them. Only to be told by the owner who was working the front that I wouldn’t be able to use the versa spa because I had an outstanding balance on my account. Absolutely shocked, I asked how much it was as if it was a smaller amount I would be happy to pay it. It was over $100 and it was due to my membership not being paid for in 2021 Maybe 2022. Immediately I explained to her that in 2022 I had found out I was pregnant (Obviously not tanning) I explained after a few months I noticed I was still on auto pay for my membership and I had been being charged for it and didn’t even realize it. I went into the office and spoke with a girl I hadn’t seen in there previously, I told her the situation and that I needed to pause it or cancel it for now. She told me she completely understood and being I was pregnant I just had to give her my information and she would pass it along to her boss to be sure it was cancelled. She also told me I would possibly be due for a partial refund. Now it was my fault I forgot to go in and cancel so I told her to just please have the payment stopped not to worry about any reimbursement. Two months later I noticed I was STILL being charged so I called and the lady told me it showed I cancelled and she apologize and assured me the following month I would not be charged again. After explaining this the owner looks at me and starts telling me how I was seen in 2022 a few times, I said yes I was seen after having my daughter and I paid anytime I came in….she said in order to have stopped the auto payment I would have had to come into the salon and signed paperwork to get out of the membership agreement. I responded and said that made no sense because not one time was I told by her staff that I needed to sign anything and the payments didn’t magically just stop, someone said they were stopping them. She clicked on the computer and told me the best she could do was have me pay half of the balance off and she could remove my account from termination. I told her I didn’t have that right that moment because I had left my card at home, but that I also didn’t think it was right as this clearly was an issue or miscommunication amongst her staff, she said there was nothing else she could do and I left. Just sucks as I am a mother who was simply trying to do something that makes me feel good about myself and instead I was embarrassed in front of other customers.

I love dynamic. I've only been to half a handful of tanning salons but this is by far the best one. Everyone is polite and welcoming. The beds are always clean and the floors are always clean so you don't get crumbs and dust on your bare feet! Highly recommend.
Update* been back many times, still 5 stars. Went today, and it's winter, yuck, they have little boot pans for your wet shoes!

Hours have been inconsistent this summer. Shown up a couple times during normal hours & they were closed. Only one girl on staff that is nice & polite. I spend a TON of money here because it's the ONLY place to tan in the area! The beds are good but the staff...quite the opposite! One girl VERY RUDE! Literally sitting here now watching her talk about everyone!

I went to Dynamic Tanning this afternoon. I'm not a frequent tanner but I'm going out of town for spring break and wanted to work on getting a base color. The internet was down so the front desk employee had no access to the system. Despite this (which I imagine to be very stressful) the young lady was an absolute pleasure. She was smiling and explained that she just needed one extra second to hand write my information. She took the time to help me recall the bed that I had been using, help me pick out an awesome tanning lotion, and never stopped smiling. While I was getting ready to tan I heard her talking to other customers and catering to every one of their needs. While most people let something like this frazzle them, she truly handled the situation like a boss!
On top of this, dynamic tanning is super clean, with great beds and very fairly priced. I will be back in the future.

They've changed their hours so dramatically it's difficult to get in. The cleanliness of the beds changed then as well. After I had to ask an employee to rewipe the greasy butt imprint of the bed, from the person ahead of me, I was done.

Best tanning place around! Positive atmosphere. Knowledgeable & polite staff. Very clean & maintained beds. Best prices around. Just need larger towels.🌞🌴

The beds are good. Clean place. The staff however is very rude...Every time I've been on there!! It's a choir to ask my name and type it into the computer. I'm using up the minutes I bought and then I'm never going back.
