Hasn't been a full week & nails are coming off at the tip! Came 2/15 came back on yesterday my only day off 2/22 was told my nail tech wasnt here who did my nails ( he is the manager by the way) came back today for them to tell me its been "10 days & they cant fix them" when it has not been 10 days at all. Ive made 2 trips and regularly come here every 2 weeks! I was over charged my set normally $50 every two weeks for some reason it was $63 this past time just for my nails top pop off !! Will not come back again! They are using cheap products! Aviod this place!!

I have just left and I will never going back. With new owners, the price was higher and the quality went down. I had Helene today. It took her less than 1 mn for manicure. I share the pics. For $30, it’s what I got.

3 cuts, two burns, and a sloppy paint job. My cuticles are in shambles and will take days to heal but they left so many cuts on my hands that I can't even do a home acetone soak. The tech also did nothing about the cuts. It wasn't until i stopped her and asked when she'd disinfect them that she did anything. The shape is also wrong-- I told the tech i wanted a point TWICE and she kept assuring me it would be done later in the manicure. It never happened, so i have ugly, uneven almonds instead. The paint job was also rough, and did not cover the tips. I also asked for my pointer finger to be left short, and that request was ignored. I paid because I'm not a monster, but I really shouldn't have. The tech also left acrylic and gel on my skin but i was in such a hurry to go home and strip these off that i didn't even bother mentioning it. I'm never going back.

I'm a very simple manicure pedicure girl. This place is around the corner from me, and I haven't found a nail shop I love since I moved to this area, so I do go occasionally. I already had issues with the callous removal not getting the dead skin on my foot. Ok. I can do better keeping that up at home. Today I get a plain manicure and had to ask twice to clean dirt under my nails. Second time she yelled at me for asking. I usually get clear, got a light pink today,didn't even smooth out the bubbles second coat. These prices are too high for service like this, and every shop should be able to do the basics

1st salon experience in over 3 months and this place was a treat! I temporarily moved to the area and I think I found my salon. Very friendly staff, SUPER clean & bright, great variety of colors, ample parking and reasonably priced. I got a simple peddy and quite pleased.

I went there with my husband to get a pedicure and the lady that was working on my husband‘s pedicure didn’t bring a new set of clean pedicure equipment!!!!! I told her the that was not sanitary to use the same equipment that she just use for other person to my husband!!!!

I will not be back to this nasty place just to think about it gets me so upset!!!!!

Soooo I went and got my brows done and she put no effort in making them look good. I got them waxed but she only plucked the right eyebrow and didn’t touch the left…
