I went to their location in Hollywood and purchased a package that included full highlights, treatment, cut, and style in Groupon .When I arrived, they told me my hair was too long and they needed to charge me extra, even though my package included full highlights and there was no mention anywhere of extra charges. I agreed because they said it would be $15.

They barely cut my hair — it looked the same length, with only a little trimmed at the front. They simply blow-dried it and, as I told them how I wanted it, they quickly ran the flat iron over it a few times. By then, it was past 8 PM, and it was clear they just wanted to finish quickly and didn’t put in any effort.

To make matters worse, the color of the highlights ended up being orange, white, and blonde when I had asked for blonde. They ruined my hair. When I went to complain, one of the employees told me not to worry and to come back on Wednesday to have it fixed. A lady there even touched my arm and told me not to worry, so I left thinking the issue would be resolved.

However, a few hours later, I received a message from someone named Camila saying that my appointment with the owner had been canceled and that if I tried to return, they would call the police. On top of everything, they ended up threatening me. That's why I plan to file a complaint with the FTC and the BBB, I'll do it anywhere I can complain.

I've been going here for years. My hairdresser is Jillian. A top notch stylist. She is knowledgeable, professional, honest and fun. I have curly hair and she is fantastic with my curry and color. The salon is very clean. Many great stylists which include Gabby and Chip.
A great experience all around .

She was amazing.
She made me feel at home and explained what she was going to do based on my goals then explained how I can best take care of my curls at home.
Very knowledgeable about the cut and products.
The place is super inviting and amazingly clean and organized.

First time at the salon and I had a great experience! My stylist Chelsea cut my hair exactly how I wanted and gave me great suggestions for what I was going for. I will definitely bring going back. Chelsea was also very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back!

When you walk in you immediately relax. It smells great and very clean. You’re always greeted when you come in. My stylist, Stephanie, is the best. She’s super nice and very good with coloring, conditioning, cutting and styling. Plus she is very nice.

When we first moved to Hollywood I struggled with finding a hair dresser who was a good fit for me and my “I’m gonna do what I want… period” hair.
I called Drew James(finally… I should have done it earlier!) and was immediately impressed with the understanding phone conversation I had with the front desk.
I have had two hairdressers there and have loved them both. I go to Chip now(Erin is a new mom so she suggested Chip) and can’t even begin to describe how glad I am. He knows me, he knows my unruly hair, I am always happy and satisfied when I walk out, I get lots of compliments on the cut and frankly, I couldn’t be happier.
I highly recommend this location… and Chip.
But the way… the front desk is still terrific!!
