BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE!!!! As someone who works on my feet for a living, I get regular pedicures. I was in the area for the day with some time to kill and thought I'd treat myself to the top of the line pedicure... I walked in a little after 5pm and was promptly greeted and taken to a chair. The lady started working on my feet and I explained my problem areas... She understood and communicated with me, very well, that she would be able to help me! She put time and effort in where others have not. She was patient and gentle- even when it hurt a little in some areas. She assured me that a little pain now would bring great relief later and she was right!!! My feet haven't looked or felt this good in years!!!! I was in the massage chair for about an hour- she kept conversation going and was very engaged. She massaged my legs and feet for probably 15 to 20 minutes!! Normally I get about 90 seconds of massage with other pedis... I wish I would've gotten my techs name .. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area!!! She made my day and I think my tip made hers... We both teared up when I left. 🙂

Lauren at Diamond Nails is wonderful sometimes I can't make a decision what I want done she makes great suggestions. The staff is nice they make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Diamond Nails

I have been going to diamond nails longer than most of the current employees have worked there. V, Lauren and her husband have always been professional and kind. But, the last few times I have been there, one of the men (quite feminine with a cow shirt....) laughed at me for requesting V and today he mocked me and spoke in their native language while several of the staff laughed at me. I tried not to cry honestly and what was supposed to be a relaxing moment turned into an experience I was waiting to end. I have been going through a lot personally and getting out was a huge deal today. I am very disappointed and now will assume they don't really need any more clients, even though I called ahead and made an appt for a technician that consistently does a good job with me because in the past they have not done a good job unfortunately. 5 years ago, I would highly suggest Diamond nail, but not anymore sadly. I will not be back.

I’m I don’t know where to start. I asked for the pretty pink and white nails in the pic below and the one after is what I got. I didn’t receive a cuticle trim or anything or anything can pushed back. Had to go to a different place to fix

The lady was nice but my nails look grown out. This is one week after they were done. So disappointing to drive 2 hours and get them done for the 1st time and have to remove them after a week. My mom got gel polish and it was off in 3 days.

I have been several times and loved it but the last time I was there 2 weeks ago I paid $75 to have acrylic tips and dipped with a painted design. They turned out beautifully until the very next day when they all started snapping off. Lost 3 the day after I paid that and a $10 tip and by day 4 I had 2 left. Unfortunately do not have any pics after breaking.

This was my first time having my nails done here…it will be the last time!!! The technician was hard to understand, when he checked me out I couldn’t understand that he was telling me there was a fee to use my credit/debit card after trying to tell me 3 times one of his coworkers yelled it out at me like I was deaf, then 3 of the employees laughed at me!! I did not appreciate being laughed at, so I will not be doing business there again!!!
