First off let me say this place was PHENOMENAL! The people who work there were so sweet and caring!! Me and my mom went on a girls trip and we decided to do the Tranquility package! SOOOO WORTH IT!! The lunch provided was delicious!! Every part of the package was absolutely amazing and really made me and mom feel pampered and taken care of! There are a ton of options you can choose from when it comes to services which makes this spa the best of out all of them in Hot Springs! So please PLEASE if you want to do a spa day then go to Destinations Day Spa!! ?‍♀️

So many options and very friendly/helpful staff! Our couples massage and facials were amazing and so relaxing. The staff was concerned of our comfort the whole time and ensured maximum relaxation. When we come back to town, we will definitely be booking again.

We drove in from Louisiana. From the moment we walked in very attentive and immediately started our services. I had the bath, the 50 minute massage, and the 50 minute facial and I fell asleep. It was truly amazing! My friend and I get massages normally once a week at home and the massage we got here was the best I have ever had! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We had a girls trip to Hot Springs and the team at destinations was so accommodating and great! They made our experience out of this world. The salt room was awesome and the massage was the best deep pressure I have ever had. This is a hidden gem for sure!

My husband and I got a recommendation from a local shop owner downtown and were lucky enough to snag a same day appointment. We got a couples foot ritual and soft touch massages. Both were phenomenal. The room was so relaxing and the massage therapists did an amazing job. Highly recommend Destinations spa for your relaxation needs!

There were 10 in our group - a bachelorette spa day. I had a pedicure with Tiffany (or Tiffy, her nickname). Let me just say, she was nice. But for the money I paid, the pedicure was not anything special or what I’m used to having back home. Tiffy filed my toenails down a little, but did not clip them down. I came home and clipped them myself. She did not trim the cuticles, nor did she smooth the roughness out of my heels. She massaged my legs a little and let me soak in the water for a bit. I think a 12year old could have done as good as job as Tiffy. For the money I paid, I should have had hot stones, or hot wax on my legs, or at least a hot moist towel wrapped around my legs. All-in-all, the pedicure was mediocre, but at least my toes were painted. I would not recommend.

Husband and I had a mini vacation, this was our treat. The atmosphere is calming and service begins at the front door. If you have sensory sensitivity you may want to wear a mask. Staff were very accommodating and personable. My spouse has a hearing deficiency and they catered to that. I was very pleased and appreciated my massage therapist listening to my needs during the massage and facial. It was also comforting that she did not use oily products while administering services. Nothing worse than having to wipe yourself down before putting your clothes back on. Cost was $150/person for a 50 minute massage and 25 minute facial.
The facility does have close quarters, so I'm unsure how wheelchair maneuverability will fair; although I'm pretty sure they have a solution.
At the end they provide the standard precautionary care instructions. I ended up asking the desk staff about the hydrating lip product they used on me because it was phenomenal; I purchased one. Oddly, my massage rep did not mention the product, but I found that refreshing. Often times when you go to salons they push product on you, I suppose she let the product speak for itself. Bravo!
You would definitely be doing yourself a favor by patronizing this establishment, you won't regret it!

I had a horrible experience. Wanda did not want to update to the proper pay difference. From the weekend price, to the normally weekly price. When I asked could a manger look over it. She said she would see, but never contacted the manger. When I told her I would handle it myself. After putting the payment on my card. I had a long 3 min message that she couldn’t reach before hand. Talking about a refund that I never asked for. Also saying I was inconveniencing the therapist I haven’t even experienced yet. When I called to talk to her and tell her I never wanted a refund. She was very rude, told me loudly this is not the spa for my kind? I kindly asked for a refund. I would never want to meet people in a relaxing place. So rude, uptight and aggressive.
