I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this nail salon twice so far, and both experiences have been excellent. The nail techs assigned to me for each appointment were both friendly and efficient, demonstrating a clear attention to detail that I truly appreciate. I was impressed by how well they listened to my preferences and executed everything to my satisfaction.

For my second appointment, I tried to call several times but couldn’t get through because they were busy. However, the receptionist promptly called me back, showcasing their commitment to great customer service. Both of my appointments started on time, which is a huge plus for me. I plan to revisit soon and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service in a welcoming environment!

I bypassed several local salons to come to De’Coco based on reviews and Facebook recommendations. I am soooo glad I did!! My nail stylist was so gentle and meticulous, and my nails show it in the results. My pedicure was heavenly also! I’ve skipped acrylic for years because of bad experiences with the application. This time it was painless and the result is beautiful and just what I asked for!! I couldn’t be happier!!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Anna is my nail tech and she does a great job every time. The rest of the staff is nice and professional and the salon is very inviting and well kept. I highly recommend coming here.

They are clean, friendly, and can always get me in when I call. I have found that the gell peels and breaks off easily, and sometimes my nails are bumpy and uneven. I continue to go because they will fix any problem you have with your nails and they are very accomodsting. Always professional and warm. I feel very comfortable there.

I moved to Middletown in 2020 with my husband and our dog and hadn’t had my nails done in years. Adriana Nguyen did a GREAT job with my full set of red nails for the Holidays. She was professional and has a great eye. She’s an artist. De’CoCo Nail Spa is also located in a great shopping/dining center. The front desk receptionist was friendly and accommodated me as a walk-in during a busy time. The nail salon was clean and very pretty. Everyone was very professional and nice. The salon has good vibes and I felt so relaxed while there. The prices are reasonable, too. I will definitely be coming back here regularly and recommend this nail salon to everyone!

I had the worst customer experience ever here. My full set was done as the last appointment of the day. My tech, Annie, rushed my nails and kept assuring me they would be translucent after top coat. She top coated and they did mot become translucent, even she looked confused and tried to wipe it off but she wasn’t professional enough to offer remedy. I called that night to complain and had to call again because I didn’t hear anything back. The receptionist was great, i told her I would be going somewhere else and she assured me that I could come get them fixed by the owners wife who is really good with designs and also informed me that they had issues with this nail tech before. I arrived and was completely ignored and then when I was recognized. I had 6 women crowded around my nails discussing them in their language only for them all to tell me that they are fine. They sat me down with the original nail tech who literally can’t do a straight line to do a different design. hey charged me 100$ for this set and tried to tell me that it was 85, I left immediately because I’ve never felt so disrespected as a client in any capacity. I will NEVER patronize their business again. Even the so called talented technicians looked at my hands and said they were ok to avoid working “for free” to fix the,. Greedy people and horrible service. Go to kingdom spa or envy nails, this place is a beautiful joke. I gave it two stars because it’s pretty, oh and the wine is a lie, they don’t have that or offer it.

3rd time here and have always had a great experience. My wife got me to go the 1st time. Now it's I ask her to go when she's going. Everyone should get a pedicure once and a while. It's very relaxing and good for your feet. This place is great. We will keep going here.

I am not from the general area and had originally gone to another location but was low key brushed off. I called this salon and they responded in a very professional and respectful manner. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and treated with class and respect. They were transparent with pricing and the staff was very welcoming! I would return anytime!
