Zero stars- dirty & negative older instructor. She was scolding a student when I sat down in public rather than giving her constructive feedback in a positive or private manner. She even went as far as to scold me for what I wanted done to my hair. Telling me highlights weren't possible for brown hair. When I have never been treated in this manner from a stylist in the past for highlights. She seems very bitter to be running a school. Students should be guided not getting talked down to. Nor should you do so to a client. The place is very dirty also. They really don't bother to actually clean it. I'll be spending the extra dollars at an actual salon from now on.

i was a student here then came back to get my hair done and had a student put permanent color in my hair and didn’t tell me and now almost a year later i’m trying to get it out, so upset is an understatement

Haylee did amazing with my hair and she was so kind. I came in with awful damaged hair and she made my hair look amazing and she paid attention to so much detail!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!! Below is my before and my after photos

I’m been going to Debutantes for awhile and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I’ve gotten brow wax & tint, shellac nails and also a facial from Jen ( she just graduated) she was AMAZING!! The whole experience from signing in to my beauty routine have always been on point. Stephanie & Ana ( only 2 I know) are always so kind & friendly. Will answer questions. Ana always listens to what I want with my brows and instructs the student correctly. I get treated with care & respect. Love it here won’t go any where else.
REMINDER: These students are learning so be patient and if something is not to your liking speak up ( that’s the only way they will learn.) Thank to everyone for everything you do!

I had my hair done there yesterday. I’ve had my hair done by them years ago. They take their time and the instructors are very helpful. Everyone is nice. Love the atmosphere. Prices are great! If you want a certain look, they will work with you and do their best to get the best results. Awesome place! Go get your hair done there!

I want to love this place since the prices are (were now) great compared to other places in the area. However, they are raising prices for a women’s haircut from 10 to 15 dollars. Not only that but myself and my friends go here only to be severely disappointed in the haircuts later. My guy friend asked for a trim and they accidentally buzzed his head. I have to cut my own hair after to try and fix it. I had a hairdresser cuss at me and tell me “it’s not my fault if this is uneven”. Supervisors also rarely check haircuts anymore. With the right management/system this would be great but my friends and I stopped going here since I’m so disappointed every time.

I couldn't be more pleased with this school and my decision to attend the cosmetology course! They have always been so professional and welcoming and compassionate! I was a client for many years prior to becoming a student and from being a client to a student to a graduate from Debutantes I can say they have NEVER let me down! Not once! The staff I couldn't speak more highly of! THE BEST! They are amazing humans! They have been there for me way more than I'm sure they even realize! They are more than just a school to me!
