Room was great - clean with a very comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, a microwave and mini fridge. There's a pool and got tub. The staff could have been a little more engaged. "Free breakfast" had extremely limited options and was NOT a "hot" breakfast.

This was by far the worst place i have stayed. The front desk gentleman was very rude. Our Key did not work, he acted like we were a inconvenience to reprogram the key. The Cable kept going out. Bed was ok, pillows were lumpy. There was dirt in all the corners of our room. The little bars of soap they provided were all broken. The Hot tub is a joke. NO jets, literally a big tub of hot water. The pool was nice, however everything looks DIRTY. Came back from the pool and went to shower, the showerhead is horrible. The tub did not want to drain. At 8:30AM housekeeping was knocking at our door. Check out is at 11:00 AM. They said they were trying to get a early start. This woke us up and we could not go back to bed. My husband went to the "breakfast" which was bleak to say the least. There were works in line taking all the food. He tried to get milk and there was only a jug and the workers took 4 cups of it. We ate in our room. We tried to relax and get ready knowing we had till 11:00 AM to check out. They than came back at 10:30. I have never had house keeping come to my door before check out! Just felt rushed and the staff was rude! I would NOT recommend this place!

Great location on a road trip from Denver stayed two nights with are 3 little dogs ?! Room was clean, comfortable beds clean bathroom, the lady who checked in on Friday night 8/23 was just there doing her job no personally at all ! Gentleman Saturday night 8/24 was fantastic ? the gentleman who checked us out Sunday 8/25 was not friendly at all , grumpy with no personally at all you need to train your staff to be friendly and bubble would not stay there again your staff needs help!!
