First time going to this place after my regular hair stylist was super booked for the holidays- never again!

I can't remember who I had but she was reallllly rough on my hair. My scalp hurt afterwards and I don't have a sensitive scalp. Maybe she was rushing or was having an off day of something, I don't know. She also kept cutting my hair with some sections wet and some sections dry, which makes a huge difference for curly hair.

I showed her pictures of exactly what I had for my last haircut and what the stylist did, explaining I just want a trim. She had me check it after she was done and it was uneven and not like the picture I showed at all. I told her and she fixed it a little bit. It seemed fine leaving the salon (it was kinda hard to tell since my hair was half wet and half dry) but after styling my hair when I got home it's still uneven. Curly hair is forgiving but unfortunately not this forgiving.

I got my hair done by Miranda once and she was great! If you go here I would recommend her, but Amanda cut off way more of my hair than I asked her to. I showed he pictures and she asked to confirm that I wanted it slightly above my shoulders, which I said yes, and she proceeded to cut it shorter than my chin. I am really disappointed

That girl Amanda, she can cut! Been going to her a few months now, she trims me up good! If you have longer hair as a male, get in with her, she won’t chop it off like most barbers in this area… if you like to talk she’ll talk and if you want to be quiet she’ll do that too which I like in a hair professional, adaptive to her customers…

I came to this salon to get a blow out for a formal event. I was originally told that the service would be $35 in total, but upon arrival the stylist told me she had to charge me $10 because my hair was "too long." For reference, my hair is down to the back of a bra, which I personally don't think is that long to charge an extra $10 but I was okay with it. The stylist then kept insisting on cutting my hair, which I expressed I did not want multiple times as I had just gotten one a little under 4 months before and had one scheduled at my home salon in a month. All I asked for was some volume and a slight curl at the ends of my hair and got the exact opposite. After blowdrying my hair for 40 minutes my hair was frizzy, dry, and had absolutely no volume. The styles then told me that she couldn't do what I wanted because my hair was "too dead." Not only did I waste $45 on this service but I left with my hair looking worse then when I came in and had to go home and redo my hair before the event. It is safe to say I will never be returning back here as I have been getting my hair done for 3 years and have gotten blowouts at various salons and never had my hair look worse. Save your money and do your own hair if you are considering coming here for a hair styling service.

I’m not going back. When you are setting the appointment online the slots are 45 minutes. Then you are 5 minutes late and they cancel your appointment. I was late and called and let them know that I am gonna be late and my hair takes so little time to cut because it’s just cleaning an undercut. But when I got there front desk told me that the hairdresser cannot cut my hair because she has back to back appointments!! I’m a grad student and I couldn’t get out of this meeting with my professor early enough and I had to pretty much run 20 minutes from other aide of campus to get there and I was still late. Especially the fact that I connected with the hairdresser personally and always had this great conversations and I always left good review and even bought the hairdresser a gift (a design razor to do design on my hair, and we never did that) personally hurt me. This is how you lose a loyal local customer.

Had an awful experience, the cut took about 3 minutes and came out uneven, I had to return with the receipt to get it redone, after the second attempt I walked out looking like diglet from pokemon

Miranda is THE bomb. I have long curly hair. And she did a beautiful job of layering and styling it. I actually had to request she cut more off rather than worry if it would be too short. I just had a cut with no other services so it was a great price. I will be back again! Promise.

Oh! And I made my appointment online. It was easy. And I didn't know who would do the cut since I'd never been. I was lucky to get Miranda. ?
