Had my nails done yesterday by gentleman. I felt like he rushed to do my nails. He would answer the phone, ask customer that walked in what they were in for, and constantly looked up, while filing, to see what the other workers were doing. I showed a picture of what I wanted. He said to pick a color cause all salons are different.(I understand that that) So I got flustered and just went with a polish. I’m very upset of how they turned out. The edges are pointy and uneven. My polish bubbled and one stripped off. I can move the polish on my other fingers. I’m not happy with my outcome. Now, I will wait for the auto response from the owner stating:
“I am so sorry about the bad experience you had with us. I wish you could tell me right there so that I would help you fix it. It is never late to fix a mistake. Please call our store and mention about this message and we can make you happy.” Well, you could’ve made me happy by not rushing, listen to what I wanted, and try to be more accommodating. Also, maybe you should hire a clerk up front to manage calls and payment so the nail techs can focus on customers and make them feel more welcomed by communicating.

I come here all the time and I loved how these two men did my nails. When I came in today I asked for french pedicure with overlay on a couple broken toes like I always get. She said she can do it no problem! Halfway through she proceeded to start painting my nails, without applying the overlay. My baby toe was so short, it wasn’t going to work without overlay. I told her about the overlay and she said it was too late which I responded “how, If I asked you in the beginning?” She called somebody else over to help with my toes. They applied the overlay so thick. It looks ridiculous. (Look at both my baby toes!) I told them multiple times it looks bad, the overlay was two thick, and they didn’t do anything about it. There was two ladies doing my French, so it’s not symmetrical at all looks extremely janky. Ive been getting French on my toes and ITS NEVER LOOKED SO GROSS, just look at the photos…After I paid, I was clearly unhappy and showed the manager my toes which she laughed and said she was sorry and asked if I wanted the white on the French to be thinner and I said no I’ve been here 3 hours I’m going home... now I have to go spend more money to fix them. Side note. The people that know me in there know I tip $20 a hour so I’ve always tipped amazing and my job requires pretty classy feet and this is horrible. You may think these are acceptable but in a perfectionist and would never walk around like this. If you zoom in on each toe you will see what I’m talking about there’s white paint all over my cuticles and in the sides of my toes this is unacceptable for a FRESH PEDICURE.

I recently visited for a pedicure, and while the atmosphere was nice, I was disappointed with the service, particularly the callus removal, which was included in the package. My feet still have noticeable calluses, and I was expecting a more thorough treatment. For the price, I expected better results, and unfortunately, I didn't feel that the service lived up to the standards I had hoped for.
They made the atmosphere also awkward, cause I asked for a regular nail polish and no gel. They were surprised and talked about it and laughed.

I have not been to a nail salon in a long time. I went in for a dip manicure and was charged $57. Upon further review after leaving my nails were not even, the nail was not completely covered and the dry cuticles and skin I asked them to remove were still there. Also when I spoke to another nail technician the dip was done completely wrong. It’s already chipping off and I just got them done two days ago.

I do not recommend this nail salon anymore. The manager is charging full price for inexperienced nail technicians. He is misleading the customers. It took an hour and half for the guy to do my pedicure. It took so long that the other techs tried to help him speed things up and were giving him help along the way as if I wouldn’t catch on to what was going on. What an insult. Don’t waist your time!!!!!

I always have a great experience when I come to Crystal Nails! I added all of the services I usually get. Not on the same day but I have had each of those services without issue and great customer service and the finished product looks great!
