The shop is clean and although Winnie has had quite enough of Covid-19, Yuna and her staff have gone above and beyond state and local requirements to keep their clients safe. I am not a regular, but I'm always greeted by name and have never had anything but a stellar experience here. Two thumbs up.

I've been going to Creative Nails for 10+ years so like Miss Cleo says, HEAR ME NOW. This place provides the best gel manicures & eyebrow waxes I've ever gotten. My nails grow fast, and a gel manicure from Creative Nails still looks great for me for 3 weeks because they're not afraid to push my unruly cuticles back. I have asymmetrical eyebrows that can only be made symmetrical by the talented employees of Creative Nails. As for pedicures, they're heavenly. If you like a HARD FOOT RUB, like one that squeezes the foot demons right out of you, ask for Sunny. She's also a master of not tickling my really ticklish feet. (She'll go lighter if you ask her to, so if you're a weenie don't be afraid, she won't kill you.)

And finally, I'm not the most regular client. So hear this too. I have a high-risk health condition, and was in complete isolation for 401 days because of the pandemic. I didn't go anywhere until one month after I was vaccinated. After seeing my dad on his birthday, my first stop was Creative Nails to fix the Eugene Levy situation happening on my forehead. When I showed up at the salon, the staff GASPED and were THRILLED to see me. I was thrilled to see them & that they'd survived what had to be a rough time economically. Yuna made a point of telling me that Andy (her business partner) had wondered aloud several times during that time period if I was okay given my high risk for dying from COVID. You can't tell me there's another salon that thinks about you during a pandemic & gives you a hero's welcome for coming in even though you really only show up every 3 weeks for an eyebrow wax. If you don't care about staff knowing your name, fine. Just go because you'll walk out looking like a glamour queen (and if Sunny rubs your feet, like you're walking on air).

This is my teenage daughter’s review of this place. I’m adding that I ended up calling to request that her nails be fixed and he obliged. But he continually accused my daughter of lying about the pattern she wanted. It’s the whole reason she wanted her nails done so I would find it really strange if she never asked for it. I was not trying to get into a confrontation though and I asked him multiple times to please just drop that part of the conversation as it was not “probable” one way or the other. I offered to chalk to up to miscommunication but he just would not let it go. We will not be back. I do hope that it was, indeed, just a big misunderstanding and that they don’t treat other young people like my daughter feels she was treated

Don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I had the worst experience. I have uneven extensions and it’s not even painted well. It’s splotchy and you can see through the nail. The man was very rude and my inspo pic went to waste when he told me “I wasn’t allowed to get a pattern” what the hell?

A wonderful, clean salon. Very relaxing and calming. It was a great experience, I'll definitely come here again. Everyone was so friendly and my nails came out great, would recommend. Though my nails didn't last as long as I wanted them to, it was a nice place to go to. They also massaged my hands.

I had a guy do my pedicure. He was very rough with my ingrown toenails and made me bleed. However, he gives the best leg and shoulder massage. I’m so on the fence. I think I’ll tell him to be gentle next time. The massage was that good!

Nice, clean salon. I did not need an appointment- they took me in right away. They have just started doing SNS so they don't have a lot of colors to choose from- but that was okay with me.
I love the fact that they massage your neck and upper back while you're waiting for the polish to soak off and again when it's drying. I know some people don't like that sort of thing but I love a good neck massage!!
After nails were finished Hannah massaged my hands and arms.... not many places do that either. Prices are comparable to other places I've been across the country.
