Horrible atención, me dejo muy mal mis uñas además me atendió un chico, con muy pocas ganas, y diciendo que estaba harto de trabajar,porque se supone que terminan a las 7, pero a veces lo hacen trabajar hasta las 10pm.,esto le comento a otra persona sentada a mi lado, además muy sucio en su persona, realmente nunca más iría a ese lugar y no lo recomiendo.

I love this place. I can't say enough good things. They are so gentle with my nails. I normally get very nervous at nail salons cause most places don't care about the process, this place is just different. I'm actually relaxed during the entire process, it's changed my expectations for nail salons. I won't go anywhere else now cause of how spoiled I feel here. Creations is true quality. They have every color I could want and my nails actually feel healthy again. Highly recommend you make the drive or stop by and see for yourself. I've never needed an appointment because I come late but if you go tell them Holly sent you.

The WORST manicure experience ever. We had an appointment for 3 manicures. We came in and there were only two people working and one was finishing up on someone else. The entire time, they kept answering the phone trying to get more appointments after us, and were not truly focused on our nails. The two people went back and forth on our three sets of nails leaving a lot of glaring mistakes.
After my manicure, I had to clean up the gel myself because it was all over my fingers and under my nails. And my cuticles are still a mess.
For one of the other manicures, she sat there for 30 minutes soaking her fingers because no one was there to do them. When it came to filing, they got too close to the cuticle and when she said ouch the man played it off like she was being dramatic.... But then it started bleeding.
For the other, she had to repeatedly explain why she did not want to cut her nails down and wanted to keep them long. They then proceeded to destroy the natural nail by peeling off the bio sculpt that was on previously, taking off chunks and layers of nails by using their own nails to peel it off. One of the nails started lifting after 5 hours.
Maybe it was an off day, but I would not recommend coming here nor would I ever return.

After a day, a second nail has broken. The finger that was cut is hurting a lot, and the third manicure is peeling.
Cannot emphasize enough how much I would NEVER come back.

After walking into two other nail salons during my lunch break right now for a broken nail and being turned away, I came here and Henry was so polite and helpful and fixed my nail & he did so for free! I am not even a customer of his and I have never been there and he still did that for m. Very clean shop and nice looking so definitely recommend!

So about a year ago I left 5 stars. This time I must add, this place never disappoints. I typically bring in pics and they get the job done! This time Wendy reproduced some nail art that I am sure my students will love! Chrome nails with Back to School Nail Design! Definitely a winner!

I’m putting this review because I was not satisfied with my nails. Since I made my appointment with Kim, I thought she was gonna do a good job m, but seemed she was in a hurry to go put on some eyelashes that came in as a walk in. I found a new place so I won’t be coming here no more sad to say since I love to get my pedicures here. I know this is not the correct shape I asked for let alone the length.

The owner of this place is so nice. His workers are also nice and do a great job. However last time I went, I asked the lady for help choosing a nail color and she gave me an attitude. She doesn't care. She seems to hate her job. I tried this nail design from a picture online and ended up not liking 1 color on 1 finger nail ?. I asked her to change it 2x because I didn't like it and she ignored me. When I was done she started folding towels. The owner asked me if everything was OK. I said no I'm not happy with this 1 nail color. He had her change it and she was not happy about it. If I go back I will definitely not let her touch my nails even though she did a good job. Bad customer service. ? Feel free to reply if you had a similar experience.

I am a local that has been to almost every nail salon in the valley. $35 for gel fill! Best prices, huge selection of gel colors and they love doing dip powder! Also, perfect pedicures! All of them do well, highly recommend!
