Don’t look anywhere else! I’ve been a regular with both Craig and Christy since I was in undergrad over a decade ago. I was so bummed when I graduated and moved away for my first job. When I returned to NWA 6 years later, I knew I didn’t have to find anyone else to keep me looking sharp! Nayeli is a great addition to the crew and I’m always taken care of no matter whose chair I’m in!
In addition to being great at taming my nappy head of hair, they’re downright great people!

My mother has been going to this salon for a couple years. Her regular stylist moved to a new salon. So she got another stylist last 2 times. First time the hair cut was crappy. I helped straighten it up at home and did some cutting to make it more of my mother's usual style.
My mom decided to give her another chance. So she went in for her hair cut last week. At that point she explained to the woman (Naelea) that she wasn't happy last time and would like for her to cut her hair like a photo she brought along with her.
The woman retaliated to the criticism with basically giving my mom a buzz (Drill Sargent ) looking cut.
She has a short hair cut but has always kept stylish bangs that come down and cover her forehead. Now she has a man's hair cut. Literally like an military man. It's the worst ever. She has cried every single day.
I get people have bad days. But this was
NO ACCIDENT!!! Now we are exploring wigs and extentions til her hair grows back which could take 6 months considering she cut it down to less that 1.5 inches all over!!!!

Wow. I recevied the absolute WORST haircut of my life from this place. I chose Craig's after I saw a few good reviews online in January 2024. It is now April 2024 and my hair is still SO messed up and there's not a day that goes by that I don't cry when I look in the mirror. I'M NOT KIDDING. I CLEARLY asked for a trim, and some LIGHT, face-framing pieces. The lady cutting my hair got caught up telling me a story about some drama between her and her friend, and just kept cutting. Whether I asked for this style or not... it is SO POORLY DONE. It is completely uneven, one side has a completely different shape and different length layers than the other. It is SO CHOPPY and every section of my hair is a different length. WERE HER EYES SHUT? I genuinely don't think the lady I had had a licence to cut hair. It was and still is unbelievably bad. I cannot express my frustration enough. It will take MONTHS for it to grow out enough for me to get it done again. I'm sure this place has some good hairstylists, but unfortunately I got the unlucky draw. I have 0 self-confidence now, thanks.
