My boyfriend just had the worst haircut ever, and the whole experience was almost traumatic. The young girl, Sara, said she had only started as a barber not too long ago, but she ended up giving my boyfriend an even more receding hairline than he had when we walked into the shop. She overcut it, even though he showed her pictures beforehand of what he wanted—a basic boy's haircut from five months ago. Instead of following that, she buzzed it all off, using no scissors at all. By the time we realized, she had already started buzzing the top, even though we specifically said clippers on the sides and scissors on top.

They didn’t even have an ATM at the shop. She told me about her dad being a barber, which made it sound like we were in good hands, but it was terrible. She felt so bad she tried to give us the haircut for free, but we walked over to Farm Fresh, got $20, and brought it back to her. I never want her touching anyone's hair again. The sad thing is, my boyfriend’s hair was overgrown, and we left wishing she had never touched it. Somehow, she cut into the part of his hair that wasn’t receding, making it look even worse.

We even showed the Farm Fresh worker what Sara did, and she said she would be mad too and wouldn’t have paid for it. But we still went back and gave her $21 for a $15 haircut. Honestly, I’d recommend that she go back to school for a few more years. She even looked at the photos while she was cutting and still completely messed it up. My boyfriend still has long hairs on his neck and behind his ears.

I definitely will go back. I had the younger lady sorry I'm bad about remembering names but she got me in quick and was super easy to talk to and she did exactly what I wanted and I have thick long hair. Very impressed with her. Thank you girl!

Showed 3 pictures of what I wanted, he did good on the sides and the back of my hair but he completely missed the mark on top. Went shorter than all of the pictures and acted like it was no big deal afterwards.

If I could've gave 0 stars, I would have. Went way too short on top and he was given multiple references and explained what I was intending on doing. Not happy at all with this experience, will not be returning.

I asked for my hair to be trimmed in the back with the sides cut to frame my face. My so called side bang lays the opposite direction than my sides and i cant straighten my hair because she hacked the back up with all kinds of lengths. It looks TERRIBLE! I dont even want to go have her fix it because i dont think she is good at all! I even showed her a picture of what i wanted. Not to mention the whole building reaked of cigarette smoke. NEVER AGAIN!
