Adelia - The receptionist - is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Doesn’t matter how nice you are to that woman, you will always be a burden to her. My psychiatrist Dr. Awwa was great! Lovely doctor, listened to me and helped me create a treatment plan, however, because of Adelia, I took my business elsewhere. If she is replaced, I wouldn’t think twice about going back!

Edelia is the most wonderful, competent, and one of the most unbelievably helpful members of the CBHA team! She has been the ONLY one in the past 4 years who can get things done. I have called other offices and left several messages with NO response, on numerous occasions. Edelia is amazing, kind, courteous and above all else, respectful! Whenever I hear her voice on the other line, I feel calm and confident that I am being taken care of. I have seen her take on the work from other offices and do it with grace and confidence.

FOLLOW UP: Karen Barber called me and is very professional and explained my balance clearly. Thank you Karen! I updated to 3 stars.

Charged me when they should not have based on my insurance. I had to follow up multiple times....today I received a check for much less than they owe me...after 3 MONTHS!! This is the opposite of helpful for my mental health. I'll have to keep trying to get the rest they owe me.

The persons I am seeing are compassionate and caring. My therapist gives feedback to help me make the best choices for me. The doctor I am seeing for my meds is also caring. The receptionist is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I also would very much enjoy continuing with the doxy me appointments. I feel very comfortable using the face time appointments. I am elderly and have some issues getting around plus I don’t have to cancel due to being sick or bad weather.

Front desk coordinator is incredibly efficient, friendly and will go out of her way to help. I can only comment on Dr Awwa & NP Audrey Allen who I have seen for eval and med maintainance. Both are kind, patient, and professional. Especially Dr Awwa. Very compassionate.

I have been seeing Dr. Awwa for almost 10 years. He is kind, compassionate and listens. I have seen him at all three offices and have never encountered any difficulty with any staff members.
If you do, I would suggest speaking to their supervisor or Dr. Awwa himself.

Made an appointment over a month ago. Arrived to a very rude receptionist insisting that I did not have an appointment. I know that I spoke to her to make the appointment as she made the same rude remarks about how I had not been there since December 2017! She also made rude remarks about me not following up. I will not go back there again..
