We were traveling for hockey and staying in Breckenridge when my teenage son got hurt in a hockey game. We were very fortunate to have the CommonSpirit Urgent Care so close by and they were open on a Saturday to help him. Unfortunately, he ended up with a broken collar bone, but the people here were very accommodating and knowledgeable and the personal treatment he received from EVERYONE was impeccable. They are very professional, well organized and the overall process was smooth and quick, when comparing to past experiences at other urgent care facilities (not in Breck). They even gave us a packet of all the information on what to do and what he had done while under their care and we even got a disk with his x-ray on it, so we can give it to an orthopedic specialist for further review and diagnosis. I was very impressed with the entire experience and pleased with the outcome. Their diagnosis was thorough and they explained things as we went along and offered some insight on what options to consider moving forward. I highly recommend coming to this amazing place for any urgent care needs or to anyone seeking medical attention.
In fact, one of my closest friends ended up coming here the day after we were seen (since we had talked about the awesome experience we had) with her son, and he also ended up having a broken collar bone! Seriously! What are the odds?! :0 His break was a little more in-depth than my son's was, and on the left side (Opposite from my sons'), but still a crazy experience and a rough weekend for hockey! We are all forever grateful to this medical team for being here and for the help and care you provided for our injured kids! THANK YOU! If any of us ever needs medical care in the future, and we are in or around this area, we will definitely be back to see YOU!! 🙂

Dreaded having to miss on-snow time during my ski trip. The location is in the middle of the Peak 9 village. My name was called the minute I turned in the registration forms. The triage nurse, main nurse, and doctor were all fantastic. My questions were answered and I left with a plan of action. Most important, I was given the all important "OK to ski" and was back on the lift all within 30 minutes!

Our 3 year old hurt his arm snowboarding and the urgent care could not be more conveniently located. They were so nice, quick to get us seen, and so gentle with my kiddo. After he got fixed up, they even sent him on his way with a lollipop and teddy bear which turned his day around. Thank you for such compassionate and expert care!

From the moment I walked in, I had exceptional service. The intake office person was so pleasant✅. I expected everything else to be brief and professional. I was blown away. Shelby, RN, was top notched and so friendly.✅. And then the doctor, Dr Sage she could not have been more unassuming yet masterful at her patient care and knowledge.✅. I have been to other urgent cares and never left so pleased and cared for!

People were great, policies are ridiculous. Insane prices, which they "won't discuss" until you get multiple bills in the mail. Was promised 50-60% off for being uninsured, yet the number given for financial assistance has not returned my call, and now my bill is past due.

For reference, simply being seen at this location for 15 minutes, no tests or extras at all was $826. Received an additional $447 bill over a month later (because they bill physicians separately). This location and its practices are a prime example of the frustrations people have with healthcare in this country. Absolute scum behavior. Even if you have insurance, you're still subject to an additional bill for the physician later on. What a joke.

I got to tell you that I walked into this clinic and was met with a smiling face from the medical director and said you're in the right place and we're going to treat you right! What great comfort after being in pain for 4 days! It's true! The nurse came in. I was treated very very quickly I probably waited in the waiting room about 10 minutes at the very most. They assess the situation in which I was an excruciating pain with the finger injury. They numb the finger I felt instant relief and treated it and I'm walking out a happy camper! This is the place you want to be for stellar medical care.
