What a great experience! The staff are all VERY nice, friendly and helpful. I loved my treatments and will be coming back for many more sessions! The owner is extremely helpful, and informative. My husband even commented on how great the staff/owner was when he was in just to buy gift cards. I like the environment - I felt comfortable and it was laid back.

This place is a joke. Every encounter I’ve had with the owner, James has been negative. I bought two gift cards from there in March and specifically asked if my husband could use it towards a special they had going because I originally wanted to just pay for the special so he could schedule an appointment and was bait and switched when I got there. The front desk girls assured me he could use the gift cards for that. Well that wasn’t the case and my husband paid additional for the special. Fast forward a few months (due to covid) and we go in on a Sunday. Use one of the gift cards no problem with another lady at the desk. Well today he went in again to use the other one and was told there is no record of the purchase. Wait what? How would we have two gift cards from there and we’re able to use one of them if we didn’t purchase them there. Mind blowing. I normally give credit where credit is due but this place I would stay far away from.

Received a Groupon to the north location for Christmas.
Owner (James) insisted that I redeem my groupon upon scheduling, not when I used or arrived at service and that I print out a screenshot of the redemption screen. This is not typical Groupon protocol.
There is no specific business phone number. As far as I can tell all calls that go to the listed number go to the owner's cell phone. He answers without the business name and when I asked to make sure that I was calling the correct number he said "I guess I can help you out with that". This happened both times I actually reached anyone. I called many other times and left voicemail messages that were never returned.
I called the day of my appointment to confirm whether or not I needed to bring anything with me. Owner asked whether or not I knew the address and I confirmed the Voyager address with him. When I arrived at that address the store was closed with a very difficult to see sign in the window saying that they had moved to a different location. The address on the sign was incorrect.
I finally made it to my appointment with my screenshots and hand and James, the owner, almost refused to take my screenshot validating that I had redeemed my purchase on groupon. After pointing out the date of redemption he begrudgingly agreed to provide my services.
The new office was in an obvious state of mid-moving. It was very difficult to actually figure out that I was at the right location because the name of the location is not what was advertised on the groupon. It is now rejuvenation something or other and off of Tracker Road in the Northgate area
The woman, Connie, that actually completed the services was excellent and very understanding. The walls were super thin and I could hear everything happening in every part of the building. Not very relaxing at all.
The owner seems to be a very poor businessman and hopefully he can find some people who can support him and help him run his business.

CO Cryospa is changing my life and helping me through tough chronic neck, knee and back pain which have also lead to depression. I’ve been for multiple weeks (daily or alternate days) now and am really reaping all the benefits that are mentioned in their ads and signs. I tried this at first out of curiosity and after a massage and now am thoroughly convinced in this non-evasive treatment. I must also mention the pin-pointed custom massage was the best one I’ve had in my life! She is amazing!

I’m am sleeping soundly! I am full of hope. It feels great! The burst of energy it gives you lasts. I can be more active and last a whole day at work on my feet! I tightened a notch on my belt already. Cryotherapy has given me so much hope when so many other treatments have been failing me. Swelling and extreme pain are being managed almost all without pills. I attend the north location off Voyager and absolutely love this team of deeply caring professionals. This staff is sweet, caring and genuine. If you feel pressured to try it by me... please know it’s because they truly want to help people feel better and they are genuine.

I signed up for a month of unlimited facials for a Mother’s Day present and wow! at the 3 week I’m seeing those small wrinkle lines smoothed out. It feels heavenly, but more importantly it’s gotten rid of my sinus headaches and pressure during allergy season.

I highly recommend this therapy with this particular team. I adore them all and am beyond grateful for the gift of hope and pain management!

We go to their Southern location. Excellent place! Very nice and professional staff. My husband and I suffer from neck, back and joints pains, and he has varicose veins on his leg. I also suffer from migraines. Cryospa does wonders - the pain subsides significantly every time we use it. Also, it gives us a boost of energy and sense of overall wellness, and puts us in a happy mood. Apparently, this happens because cryospa helps to balance out hormones in our bodies. We love the place, and definitely recommend it!

Had to give 1 star. Should be zero. Very shady business. Had to cancel my card so they can't continually charge without my permission. Contacted BBB. Don't be deceived by the friendliness you will receive when trying to get you on a plan. Try to refuse the plan and the owners demeanor and friendliness are out the window.

I had a gold membership that ended in March and money continued to be taken from my account. I had called and emailed several times.
I have now deleted my last review because James, the owner called and made it right.
I must admit, that overall, the service was good. Thank you James for following up.
