I did a chocolate Brazilian and it didn’t hurt at all. My waxer was Airielle and she was so gentle to me. I enjoyed her down to earth energy and she was a joy to chat with.

I really love coming here. Customer service is always TOP TIER. I started with Star at the south holland location and now I’m in good hands with Airielle. She’s the best!!!!! She kept me laughing through my whole wax. She’s amazing, definitely good at what she does. Very fast! Thank you Airielle:)

Taylor the phone receptionist is very pleasant and patient. She has great customer service skills. Overall the staff does a great job of making sure the customer is satisfied. I've had several really good chocolate wax experiences with Airielle and I look forward to trying new staff as well.

TENS ACROSS THE BOARD. I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEED MY TIME AT QUEEN NOIR. It was imperative that I write a review to bring as many people possible to the locations (the estheticians travel between the locations which I love). Star performed my service, she was amazing, but I’m sure they are all amazing. I cannot wait to go back. It was such a wonderful and THOROUGH experience 😩💖

This was my first time ever getting a wax. I was very nervous and was expecting the worst. Star was very informative and walked me through everything. Star keep me engaged and it eased my nerves. I won't say it was painless but it was much better than I had imagined it would be. I will be returning.
