Love working with Laurie - her microdermabrasion facials are amazing! The owner of this place, on the other hand, is not a good business person. For one of my appointments that she scheduled with me via text, she had the wrong time down, then tried to tell me I was wrong. I sent her a screen shot to show our conversation. Since it was delayed and they could not take me at the schedule time, I could then only stay for 30 min, so I changed my appt to a 30-min facial, and kept my original 90-min one for a future date. She told me via text that the 30-min facial would be $99 plus tax. I was then charged $153.89! When I contacted her about it, she said that in the room, I had selected a different facial that cost more. I never discussed pricing with Laurie the esthetician - I only had discussed pricing via text w the owner. I shared a screen shot of our conversation, and she defended her stance and said I had chosen something else. This was not true. And she refused to refund me. I will not return, which is unfortunate because Laurie is great. TO LAURIE - YOU ARE FABULOUS, AND I RECOMMEND YOU WORK ELSEWHERE.

I want to share my experience at Cloud 9 Medi Day Spa. If you are looking for an amazing esthetician, this is the place to go. Irena was very professional, and knowledgeable and I left there feeling so very relaxed, not to mention my skin felt amazing! She offered advice on my skin type which was very helpful, took her time and was extremely pleasant. Nice atmosphere as well, which just adds to the experience.

I had a spa party of two yesterday. I have to say the massage and the body scrub made up for the mani pedi. I expected more but she disclaimed before starting on the day of the party that they “are not a nail salon” which I think you shouldn’t charge for something you can’t do. The person was wonderful but shaky hands had me nervous for my toes. I would go back for a massage but not the nail service. Wish the disclaimer was stated at booking as I would have went elsewhere as I wanted a full spa experience. I gave 3 stars for the experience and massage services. They were friendly and hospitable but my nails and toes need to recover before I can go elsewhere to fix them. Nails and toes are way shorter than I’m comfortable with.

Run. DO NOT BOOK. Do not give this woman your credit card information. This place fraudulent. Stay away. I can't believe this person is even still in business after all these horrible reviews and after seeing how she interacts with customers. My husband purchased a Groupon then tried to schedule an appointment, which took forever to receive a call back despite their telephone message saying they respond with 24 hours. When my husband scheduled the appointment, she was rude and condescending when he tried to ask clarifying questions. So we cancelled the appointment, which was a month away. However, when we went back to Groupon to process the refund, we can see that she (the owner) had already redeemed the voucher on the day that we booked the appointment. By redeeming the Groupon voucher, she is attesting to Groupon that she performed the services, although SHE DID NOT. She is a scam artist and a fraud. Do not book. Read all the other reviews. You can tell by her responses to other reviewers that she is unprofessional.

I've been going to Cloud 9 since 2008 and have always had great luck with the service! The staff are very hospitable and very welcoming. I always leave Cloud 9 with a happy smile and feeling so refreshed! It is the BEST place to go for a very relaxing and a great massage experience! I would give it a 10 star rating if I could but is certainly 5 STARS!!!!! Thank you Cloud 9 for a very enjoyable experience! Update August 3rd 2019. Like always, I leave Cloud 9 feeling very refreshed and extremely Happy! I've been getting a back massage at Cloud 9 since 2008 and I have always had a great experience every time! Irena and her staff are always very hospitable! I never will stop going to Cloud Nine as long as I can! It is always the Very BEST place to go for a great massage! Always choose Cloud Nine and you will be impressed and satisfied!

This place is a joke. I made appointments for myself, mom and sister for a facial, pedicure and massage. I was forced to pay ahead of time on my credit card for the services just to keep the appointment which I found odd - who pays for something before they get it? They claimed they have to do it that way. I was then called twice the week before our appointments and asked if we would pay gratuity and tax ahead of time...NO. I already had a bad feeling about this place so when they called me two hours before our appointments to tell me that someone called out sick and couldn't perform the pedicure, I was happy to cancel and demand a refund. I will never recommend this business to anyone!
They were supposed to fully refund me for our services since their employee did not show up on the day of our appointment. They actually only refunded me $30 of the $177 total they charged me! I called them about this and they still have NOT resolved this. I will continue posting negative reviews about this place until it is fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Cloud 9 is my absolute favorite place for a facial! I have had several with Irena and couldn’t ask for a better esthetician! She was friendly, knowledgeable, talented and fun! I truly felt pampered! She is a real pro! Also, I love the new location!

Let me start my review by saying that I read all other reviews before I schedule the appointment. And of course, after all the negative reviews I was expecting that something will go wrong. But it didn’t. Irena is very professional. She scheduled all my appointments ahead of time and send me a txt msg to confirm them. Since I have gift certificate, I did ask her if there are any other charges will be. And she explained to me all the charges. I guess we all should know if we don’t like unexpected charges, we should ask before we go. She did my facial all 3 times and I loved it. She explained to me every step she did and why. I would love to come back but unfortunately, I live an hour away.
