I had been coming to CLEOPATRA off and on for over a decade Ralph the person that normally would have done my hair HE QUIT. SO other than Ralph, George had done my hair. Today I wanted a haircut and the result looked nothing like the photo. I specifically asked for the back of my hair to be half of it's present length not tapered..that middle portion and the top were to be a little shorter. But again I distantly asked for half of my hair in the back to be cut. What I got was a boyish version of a cut I had with a long bang. Another hair salon had done this same ugly cut 4 years or more ago. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS WHETHER I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY OR NOT. NO ONE SHOWS A PICTURE AND WALKS OUT WITH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: mind you the points are not on here, the hair is not full in the middle, and both hairstyles should be a success on any day. What I got was a style I cannot curl early in the morning. I work outside and a style is hard to keep with it this short. Twenty years ago I never wore my hair this short SO WHY WOULD I ASK FOR THIS B.S.? STYLISTS LISTENING IS KEY TO KEEPING A CLIENT HAPPY. AGAIN MY SON IS A TEENAGER AND I HAD BEEN COMING HERE WHEN HE WAS ONE---NEVER AGAIN the owner did this handy work.

Yeah nah if I could leave 0 stars I would. I texted the lady the night before and told her what I wanted. We booked an appointment for 9am. She shows up at 9:18 with coffee and food in her hands. Proceeds to scroll through Facebook comments & videos for like 5 minutes. Then asks me if I brought hair? When she said she had some. Then tells me instead of $220 it’s gonna be $260. I asked if she could discount something considering it was almost 9:40 and she hadn’t started and she was late. She said no, that it doesn’t matter she was late cus clients are late all the time. “$260, I’m not taking nothing off. Do you want it or no?” …. Girl nah. The shop wasn’t even clean. Floors were so sticky and dirty. Too too foul for me

I first came to Cleopatra's when my daughter was in high school....she is now 40 years old...so it's been 23+ years!!! I have had Omar, Abdou (the owner), George and Moody work on my hair and have consistently been satisfied with them all. This place is ALWAYS clean and bright and the professionalism is spot on. HGHLY recommended!!!

The shampoo girl Erica was great, good conversation, I had a good wash and condition. The only thing I disliked was the cool feeling that was very uncomfortable on my scalp from the mint product used in my hair. Debbie styled my hair. I had spray in my face a few times, a client should not have to wipe spray out of their face. When a client tells you they do not want their ends clip stop insisting. A client knows if they want their ends clipped or not, whether they need it or not, don’t be pushy about it. I was burned with the curlers at least 3 times. I will go back to her, but hopefully she sees this review, and can accept constructive feedback.
