This was my 1st visit to "City Barber Shop." I walked in and there were 2 fellows waiting. I signed in and Jerry seated me shortly and he was very friendly as he asked me how I wanted my hair cut. Being a little overdue for a haircut I explained how I wanted it. He proceeded to give me the best haircut (according to my wife) I have had in 20 years. I will be back and will ask for Jerry again. Thanks.
P.S. Loved the antique barber chairs, brings back memories of the shop I went to as a kid in the 50s.

Had a *perfectly* done beard trim today (think Santa length full beard). Enjoyed everything from the service, to the chat, to the feel of the place. Totally recommend City Barber Shop.

Classic, small-town USA barber shop... It's one of the very few tonsorial establishments in the area - and often busy - so, you may have a wait.... but you'll likely be entertained by the sarcastic banter between the barbers and locals during that wait. If you're looking for a "stylist," look elsewhere... these guys are barbers and proud of it.

Just a great old time barber shop. Stopped in for a haircut at 8 in the morning. Jerry got started right away. Great conversation with some great people! Did I mention it was also a great haircut?

Husband and I arrived for a haircut for him. We enjoyed the conversation while we waited and he got a great haircut. We drove from Hiawassee and will definitely use them again for the next cut.

Go get yourself the perfect haircut from City Barber shop. I told Jerry what I wanted and he made it happen. Friendly environment really cool benches made from old truck tailgates wish I had taken a picture. It is a cash only business and a haircut is $15. They don't take appointments just walk ins and look for the clipboard in between the two benches put your name on it.

My step son and I come regularly to get our haircut from John and Brandon and we're never disappointed. Both barbers have a great sense of humor, are personable but, at the same time, take their job seriously and deliver an impressive haircut (so says my wife whose opinion on these matters typically carries more weight than mine would ...hahaha) !
