When I walked in she sat me and my sister down. My sister was already halfway done when she started on me and she was just completely careless and rushing. I am bleeding on 7 nails. I called and asked about price beforehand and I was told $50, and at checkout she said $60. I asked for a discount for the uneven and bleeding nails and she said $50 again. She would carelessly and quietly say sorry when nicking me. About halfway through the service a lady had to walk out and told her that she needs to be honest because she had told the lady a 20 minute wait and it had been an hour. She mutilated my cuticles and didn’t take any proper precaution after seeing me visibly bleeding on multiple fingers and she didn’t sanitize anything after my service so whatever has my blood on it will now be used on another client which is against the law.

Lana is a Nail Goddess! She and the entire team are professional and can work magic with any nails. I highly recommend any of the services! But be careful -the pedicures are so relaxing you may fall asleep!

TLDR: went to this salon and asked for a $45 service and was charged $70. Make sure you know what they're going to charge you up front.

I went in yesterday to get a pedicure and while the pedicure was nice and looks good, I was very put off and concerned by a few things that happened. I asked for a delixe pedicure ($45) with gel polish (I didn't see the price but I assumed it would be about a $10 uncharged which I was totally fine with). As the tech is doing my pedicure, she nicked my cuticle and then immediately put a liquid that stung on it (maybe peroxide or alcohol) - again this is fine but when I asked what it was she ignored me.

When the pedicure was almost done, she was preparing to paint my nails, and I mentioned the paraffin dip that was supposed to be part of the service. The tech next to us said they always do paraffin after painting the nails when using gel.
I have been getting pedicures for 20 years and have never experienced that. Why would you put hot wax on freshly painted nails? I just let it go at that pint.

When I went to pay, the tech that was sitting next to us rung me out for $70. Imagine my surprise since I had agreed to a $45 service with an uncharged for gel polish. I asked about it and she said oh, you had gel and a callus treatment. I told her I was never asked about or agreed to a callus treatment.

I paid the full amount because I believe in paying for services that are rendered, but I will never go back.

I left this place on tears and had to go to another nail salon. She charged me $90 for cutting up my nails and then every single nail was uneven and rushed. I was bleeding and shocked that she didn’t offer me a refund after doing this to my hand.

I would definitely not recommend. I went in on Wednesday for a pedicure. I was greeted immediately, and I was able to get in without an appointment. Now 2-3 days after my pedicure my toe is infected, and it looks like a few toes on the other foot are getting infected too. My guess is, it was from dirty tools. I should also add at the end of the appointment. I noticed that the lady painting my toenails looked to have warts in her hand.
I will not be back, and wanted to keep someone else from having the same painful experience.

I've been going here for a little over a month. I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe. They do an amazing job on your nails. I've noticed around here a lot of nail salons will skip steps to get you in and out quicker, but you still pay the full price but that is not what they do here at this salon. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied with your nails. Will be recommending to all of my friends.

I went there because of the high rating, the first time was pretty good but all the other 4 times were terrible. I had always an appointment but I had to wait each time about 30min,I booked with a specific nail tech and he wasn't there ( no problem but let me know in advance not when i get there ) so the Owner did my nails and she cut me and I was bleeding and it just got ignored no apologies (and that happened twice with her.) I'm just done. I feel not welcomed or comfortable there.

I had an appointment and it took an hour to get a manicure. I planned on doing a pedicure, but have gel on and it would have needed to be soaked off. It seems they pay more attention to those getting sets and I don’t plan on spending three hours to get my nails done for a manicure and pedicure. So if you have a time limit and don’t mind being a priority.
