I went in for a full head of highlights and was happy with the results until I looked at the top of my head the next day. The bleaching is very unevenly distributed, and there is a lot of space between the roots and the bleaching... it does not look fresh. I called and spoke to the girl who did my hair and she told me that bleach can't be put on the scalp. I know it could have been made to look a lot fresher and gone closer to the root itself, my mother was a hair dresser and has done a way better job for me in the past... I would have her do it if she was physically able to, because she was the best hairstylist I ever had... but unfortunately had to go to a salon. I spent $190 and left a $30 tip, not realizing that my hair was like this until the day after. When I called and asked her if she could fix it she said she could do lo-lights for me, to which I responded that I will just dye it teal like I wanted or fix it myself... I originally wanted my entire head bleached but could not afford that... I used all my money for this and I did not want to go back for lo-lights when I really wanted to go full blonde so I could dye my hair teal... I honestly could have done my whole head for under $50 by going to Sallys and buying a tub of lightener for $25 and developer for $10 but I wanted to pamper myself and not be in pain, I have scoliosis and it hurts me to put my arms above my head so I did not want to do it myself. I honestly wanted to share my experience and all I really want is half of my money back since half of my hair looks like balayage and the other is chunky. There is nothing they can do to remedy the situation if I’m not getting my money back I’m setting foot in there again. I don’t want lo-lights because I wanted my hair lighter, not darker. It cannot be fixed in any way other than making it lighter all around and I don’t even want to go back to get my money I’d rather a check be written and sent to me. Oh and also, my bangs are shorter on the right side than the left. Don’t go unless you want botched hair!

I was looking for a local place to get a “good cut” and Alyse did just that! I’ve tried a couple places but this will be where I go from now on! I loved the recliner chair while getting my hair washed and the scalp massage! Already booked my next appointment !

Very clean salon, friendly staff. I went yesterday (for the 1st time) to have my bangs cut. This morning I noticed an issue with them that was hidden because of the way my hair was laying when I left , so I went back today. I asked them to fix the issue. They did it right away, no questions asked. They were very kind. I would go back again. Thanks ladies!

Diane is GREAT. I moved here from NJ 3 years ago and I can finally say I have found a hairdresser to replace the one I had in NJ for 25 years! The salon was clean; appointment time was as scheduled and Diane took the time to listen to me as to what I wanted in a hair style. She took her time styling my hair and I walked out feeling very satisfied. In addition to being a good stylist she is also very personable. I highly recommend any of the 3 girls in the salon.

In the 16 years I've been in Citrus County, I finally got a great haircut. It's like the "city" cuts I was able to get in St. Pete,. It looked like a hair style in magazines. A friend recommended Diane and I couldn't have been more pleased.
The shop is lovely, immaculate and classy. I have already recommended friends and I will continue to recommend it. It was a "find". Diane is a wonderful caring person who just wants her customers to be happy they came in.

I had another GREAT perm from Dianne in July. She has given me cuts and perms and always done a great job! If you want your hair done right you should go see her. Chaos Hair Design is the best!
