I absolutely love this place! It’s a warm environment, everyone is always so nice, and they always take care of you! I’ve been here multiple times and have seen Mary (super sweet!) and today, Ally! I have loved every experience with both of them, but especially with Ally! She is welcoming, caring, down to earth, and so sweet! I highly recommend!

I don't usually get my nails done but wanted a fun relaxing girl's day out with my sister-in-law. Everyone there was happy, kind, and helpful. The whole trip was stress free and I felt amazing after - definitely going back! UPDATE: I have gone back a few times now and make it a regular get-together with my friend. I am never disappointed and the vibe is always super nice 🙂

As a gay guy, I really try not to jump to conclusions about people, but honestly, this felt like pure homophobia. I scheduled an appointment at this place two weeks ahead of time, set for Thursday at 2:10 PM with Natalia. I got there early, around 1:20 PM, because I didn’t want to risk being late—especially since they charge for no-shows. When I walked in, I had a nice chat with the receptionist. I brought some artwork for Natalia to work on, but she whipped through it in just a few minutes. I explained what I wanted and showed her, but she claimed she didn’t have time. I offered her some other ideas, but she still said she was too busy. I ended up talking to the manager because this was such a waste of my time. In the end, I had to go somewhere else for an acrylic fill and artwork. Honestly, Natalia should be let go because I’m spending over $180 plus tip on my nails every two weeks.

The experience in this spa was less than pleasant. I drive for a particular client who had an appointment there today and this client went into seeing Natalia and she said she didn't have time to do his nails even though he set the appointment over 2 months ago she didn't have the time she didn't have the time she didn't have the time and she kept she couldn't do marbling she couldn't do anything except the flat color. We left the experience grossly disappointed we shall not return. And if he decides to get another chance he's going to have to get another driver cuz I'm not going to put up with that again.

I am giving 2 stars because the customer service was really wonderful and I did have a good experience while I was there, and my nails look good. Unfortunately a day after my mani and pedi I developed an infection on one of the nails. My finger swelled and was extremely tender and throbbing. Had to take antibiotics. I didn't even check for an autoclave while I was there but there must have been some contamination on the tools they were using.

Amazing place! They are very nice and flexible if you want a different color, design, etc, and very skilled! I got my nails done and am so happy with them! Also, amazing pedicure treatment for calves and feet, so nice!!! very kind people, i don’t usually say things like this but it’s honestly a really cool place 💜

Booked a basic pedicure and gel manicure online last week. I selected “no preference” for the staff person. It automatically gave me Alicia, who was available at the time. I had an incredible experience with Alicia! She took her time and made sure both my nails and toes were perfect. I had dip on before and she was able to get that off without any issues. She was so nice and fun to talk to. It’s been a week and both my nails and toes still look perfect! I will definitely book with her for my future appointments 🙂
