The lady who did my pedicure was nice, and the salon is pretty clean, but the pedicure was sloppy and not great at all. There is clear nail polish all around my nail beds, excess white polish, and it just looks rushed and sloppy and not what you'd expect paying $50. I came in with my friend and we were so caught up in conversation and catching up that I didn't take a real good look at my toes until I got home and went to show my wife. As soon as I saw them I immediately called the salon (only 20 minutes later), they didn't answer. I left 2 voicemails that day. I called again the next day (Monday) & left another voicemail. I called again today (Wednesday) & a man answered, I explained what happened and my concern and told him I'd send him pictures and asked for either a refund or a redo and he blatantly hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called back, he answered and as soon as I said my name he hung up again. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend this place if this is how they conduct business. I am going on vacation this weekend and now I either need to show up in person to get this resolved or go to another salon and pay another $40-$50 to have them redone.

I moved to this part of town. Decided to try this place out. My nails didn't turn out the way I wanted so I made them re do them. I did really like them after the 2nd time around but 3 days later they are chipping. I will not be back.

Paul is the best when it comes to a full set I love my nails everytime I go ☺️. I can show him a picture and he do his BIG 1. The young lady that did my feet I praise her cause only her and the Lord knows . The customer service is wonderful and it's clean with professional staff. I definitely recommend

The shop is always busy, which is good because this means they're getting a lot of business, which means people like the services here.
As busy as They are, they always have an adequate amount of techs, so the wait is never long. Which again speaks volumes on their service. Helen was my tech today. I showed her a picture and she gave me what I wanted. I've been to this shop 4 times and I've left satisfied each time. I've found my new nail shop.

My nails broke pulling toilet paper off the roll. I paid $85 for a medium full set with trim polish.

* Reply to Owner- I'm out of town which is why I came in. Once I'm back it should be fixed for free and some of my money returned because of the issue. That would be good customer service. Alvin already had an attitude with me because I didn't want the colors he suggested. I paid for what I desired. A simple nail style. I was told $65 for medium with polish. My nails are medium with 2 stripes on each finger one small rhinestone and he charged me $85.
