Love love, love my nails. They are so beautiful. I got them done yesterday for my 20th birthday and they did me right. I don’t know the name of the lady who did it but a great experience super satisfied.

My wife has 2 infected toes. They cut her nails way to short and it hurt her. She had to be infected by non sterile equipment. They should take care of this.

I feel conflicted because at first I asked for a round nail and the results were awful. She was so rough to file and buff. The nails were crooked, not matching in shape and length, and she didn’t paint up the edge of each nail. They also looked like my nails had grown out because she didn’t paint down to the cuticle. I went back the next day to get them fixed and she told me that it looked that way because it’s the shape I chose. I asked her if she was able to do another shape that she was more skilled at. She did a beautiful almond shape and seemed to take her time the second round to paint all of the nail. Probably will not go back because she was very rude and continued to tell me that they only looked so bad because it was the shape I chose. Last picture is the fixed product.

Worst experience ever ... I am new to the area and really wanted my nails done for an event later that day.

The nail tech for the pedicure was distracted with watching TV and she cut my toenails deep into the sides on both of my big toes. It hurt so bad and she chuckled saying I was sensitive! They were slightly red within an hour … but I thought it was just from the pain.
Not to mention there are two different pedicures but I wasn’t told that prior to beginning. BE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICING!

I asked how long it would take to just do polish for my fingernails because I now was in a time crunch ... she said 10 minutes but it was over 30!

Well … 36 hours later: my toes are RED and still hurt to the point it is difficult to walk.

Andy did my nails..he did a wonderful job..he was very fast but very delicate…he communicated when he needed me to move my fingers or have my hand a certain way..I definitely recommend his work

NO NAIL ART I went in for a pedicure today. While waiting I was asked to pick a color. I said I wanted a design on my nails. I was shown to the chair and he went to work. When it came time to paint I showed him the simple stripe I wanted. He said "only do one color". I reminded him that that is what I asked for before I was even sat down. All he said was "I don't do that". So I told him don't bother painting them I'll go some were else. Mediocre pedicure, and didn't tell me upfront that he could not complete the job that I asked for.

One of the worst salon experiences I have had. Waited for over 30 minutes in the chairs up front only to be moved to a nail table to wait more. The woman who did my nails had AirPods in and was talking on the phone the entire time. She did a poor job shaping my nails and when I noticed them after I left I came back immediately, and she told me that was just the shape of my nail bed… they also pressure you to pay with cash or a third party service like venmo or cash app. Not an enjoyable experience and I will not be back again.
