During Covid it is very difficult to experience quick, efficient, and caring service but it is not a challenge at all at BU Medical. Everyone there has their client’s best interest at all times. I was especially happy with the speed of the process. From the first call I made at 10:30am, I was scheduled for a consultation at 12:30pm same day and my mole was removed by 1:10pm.
I could not be happier with my procedure and the entire experience. Office was pleasantly decorated and very clean. I define recommend this establishment. Thank you for wonderful care.

I absolutely love coming to this place!
Besides the great customer service and clean environment the treatments are phenomenal. I first went in for a hydrafacial and I was hooked. After that I got a ultrasound fat reduction therapy and even took my mom to get some fillers. I highly recommend this place for any beauty treatment.
Ask for Dr Kim. She is Amazing!!!

I cannot give this medspa enough stars. Dr. Kim and everyone I have encountered there is so friendly and nice. Although I’m almost fifty I have never done any sort of injectables. I saw Dr. Kim for the first time last March. She administered Dysport in my forehead and between my brows. She was so patient with all my questions as was Jackie at the front desk. She was very forthcoming about price as well. Right away I felt at ease there. I love that she insisted on going easy on my first injections. She is always striving to make patients look natural. While I was there we talked about Restalyne silk for my lips. I had so many lines around my mouth and after having it done it looked incredible! In fact I just had it done for the second time. No bruising, very little swelling. Dr. Kim never acts like she’s in a rush and is so patient and methodical in her injections. I am so glad to have found B U Wellness and Dr. Kim. I’m her patient for as long as she’s practicing.

A place of miracles! We fly in from LA and Dr. An and team treat our bum knees with stem cells and PRP. NOT the same as other establishments! Although you may feel you are getting the same quality ingredients elsewhere I am very confident that BU Wellness orders from first- rate sources. My husband and I were treated about 2 years ago and I went from a knee brace 16 hours a day to no knee brace! We returned for a tune up and plan to visit annually.

Dr. Kim and Dr. An are amazing. For years I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain. I decided to go to them after speaking with Dr. Kim for a while. She was willing to help me immediately. I went for the consltation and met Dr. An, boy is he wonderful. I had treatment done same day! I've had a long journey with pain but thanks to them and the PRP treatments, I've become stronger and better. Dr. An, you saved me. I trust them 100% on any procedure they do. The most genuine doctors I have ever met. Prices are very reasonable and you get top noch treatment. I highly recommend BU Wellness.

I highly recommend "Hydra-Facial" if you have super sensitive skin. Hydratherapy facial was quite relaxing and felt great knowing toxins and product build-up were being sucked away from my face from this special machine. It is an effecient facial because it only takes about 20-25 minutes but you see instant results! Love it! Then owner/head doctor, Dr. Kim at the well-designed gorgeous clinic then whisked me away to another well appointed cozy room to do a quick little Dysport injection on the forehead to soften those "worry lines" and it was painless, nothing more than maybe a little bug bite and took less than ten minutes. The medical staff was very professional but not in a cold clinical way in fact they made me feel comfortable, cozy, and relaxed unlike most medical clinics. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Chicago for effective and rejuvenating treatments at BU Wellness. Thank you!!!
