My brother received a haircut here and received a fungus. It’s bumps all over his head and face where he was lined up. Clearly the razors aren’t throughly sanitized. Very disappointed because we wanted to support.

Great, family run location! I was in town for an event and needed a last minute trim. I was a walk-in and got a solid, old-school, straight razor beard trim. They went above and beyond to even clean up the back of the head, were super precise, and didn't try to rush things

Might be the best haircut I've ever had and a very affordable price. I only waited about 10 minutes. Getting a great cut and talking about football and basketball? My go to from now on.

I have finally found a barber shop for my 5 year old son. They did a great job. Flawless fade. My son really loved the experience and said "we are going there again."Thank you for making it a fun experience for us. We will be coming back for sure!

Was a walkin at Browns barber shop in Athens. Not much of a wait although immediately after I arrived the place filled up. Several chairs and four Barbers working. It had the appearance of the old style Barbershop. Stylist who cut my hair did a great job was more than willing to listen to feedback on how I wanted my haircut. Made a small adjustment on the completion of the cut to my satisfaction. Will go back...

I've been on the fence about where to get a beard trim for a few months, and decided to take my chances at Brown's. Let me tell ya, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! First off, this place has that old school barber shop vibe. Old decor on the walls, barbers hanging out chatting with customers, all of it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and within minutes felt like I was right at home. Tony did a fantastic job cleaning up my beard, even though I didn't really know what I wanted. I've never felt more welcome at a small establishment.
Tony, if you see this I appreciate you my man. You'll be seeing me again for sure.
I've definitely found my new barber, and if you've got a long beard that needs taming you're in safe hands at Brown's.

I was in town for the Holidays visiting family and friends. Needed a haircut and decided to give this place a try. Best decision ever. George was the Gentleman's name that cut my hair. Very professional and made me feel like Family and very welcomed. Highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone
