Ashton is a 20/10 if there is such a thing!! Today was my first visit at at Bottega and it was Ashton’s first day or week there. I showed a picture of what my hair color goal is and I cannot begin to describe how amazing my service and outcome was. I showed up with a blonde highlight accident and wanted to get back to my natural strawberry blonde. I bonded with Ashton within 10 minutes of sitting in the chair and I have found my person! Amazing service, conversation and outcome. I could not be any happier. I am not a hugger but I hugged Ashton when I left. The color correction was 1000% on point! I’m an Ashton customer for LIFE!

I have been going to Amber, who is incredible! She listens and totally understands what you want - nothing seems to phase her or be beyond her sense of expertise. She is equally skilled in both color and cut, so I never feel a sense of discomfort being in her chair. As a person, she is immediately a friend. I feel like I've known her forever, yet I've been seeing her for less than six months. I am so glad I have found Amber and hope to be seeing her for many years to come!

I don't even know where to begin. Went in, asked for no length to be taken off, just layers put in. Four inches of my hair was cut off, with one side being 1.5" longer than the other. So, had to fix it at home. Wanted highlights. Showed a picture of dark red/burgandy. Received a bright pink/red color that is not good. But also, way more than just highlights, and left a solid 2 inches of roots on my entire head because color was not applied all the way to the scalp. It looks completely awful. Nothing about this sevice was acceptable. Where is the quality control?

This was my fourth visit with Kimberly at the salon. I won’t be returning. The haircuts have been excellent. The hair color treatment at this last appt is baffling. I requested exactly the same highlights I received at my last visit and instead I received all over color, two shades darker than my natural color, few highlights and I have had to make an appointment at another salon to correct this. Not only is this very disappointing and expensive for me but dangerous as I’m allergic to hair dye on my scalp and I’m experiencing itching and burning pain. When I called the same day to express my concern I was told not to worry because it will fade over time as I wash it? No apology or explanation or offer to see me to rectify in a timely manner. They could get me in to see another salon worker in two weeks time but not Kimberly. I sent a text to Kimberly with this information but haven’t received a reply. I will spend my Thanksgiving holiday with hair that I am embarrassed by and the discomfort of the allergic reaction. It’s a huge disappointment.

I travel full time in my RV so finding a good hair stylist can be extremely challenging. I randomly chose Bottega Salon and stylist Shelbi and she did not disappoint! She listened to me express my concerns about my hair, which is straight and fine. I wanted a short style, something new, as I was tried of the daily pony tail. She corrected my hair color giving it more dimension and gave an adorable short haircut that I absolutely love!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. I will definitely go back to Shelbi before I leave CO in the fall. Looking for a change and maybe a shorter edgy style, book an appointment with Shelbi.

I’ve been coming to see Bri for almost a year now. She’s my favorite hairdresser I’ve ever had! And the salon is so clean and well kept. They also have my favorite Kerastase products. Highly recommend Bottega Salon

I have gone to the Bottega salon a couple of times and it has always been great. But, tonight was INCREDIBLE. I booked a last minute appointment with Ashton to correct a pretty icky bleach job from another salon. From the start Ashton did a great job at listening to what my goals were and worked with me to make a plan that met those goals.. I feel like there was so much TLC put into making sure my hair came out exactly how I pictured it. I couldn't have asked for a prettier balayage. Not to mention my hair is still feeling healthy. Ashton made a stressful situation something awesome. Highly recommend to anybody wanting a true artist to work on their hair.

I love the way my hair turns out every time I see Marcus! He’s been doing my hair for years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Not to mention I always have a blast visiting with him!!
