I’ve been seeing Liz for neurotoxins a little over a year now. I used to go much further away and I love that there is a local option. I found Liz to be very knowledgeable and she didn’t push me to get additional products or services I didn’t need. I would say Liz is cautious not inject too much because she wants her patients to be happy with their results, and you can always add more. I am very happy with my results every single time. I highly recommend Liz for people that are new to neurotoxins and also seasoned clients. She just amazing!

The team is very nice and the office is very clean I just don’t think this is the right place to go if you are looking for neurotoxins or fillers, which is what I scheduled the initial appointment it for. During my initial consultation Liz went through my current skin care routine and suggested I switch to the products the sell, then reluctantly agreed to provide Botox, she said she was going to start with a small amount to see how it worked with my body, which seemed fair as it was my first time using neurotoxins, I will also add that none of these initial injections addressed the initial concerns I had with how my face was aging, she then scheduled a 2 week follow up. During my follow-up, I assumed I would receive additional neurotoxin to address my initial concerns instead, she became upset when I didn’t want to purchase any of their skincare, said she was not doing any more neurotoxin now but would revisit in February 2025!

I do not feel like my concerns were listened to or addressed at all! I will not be returning for follow-up in February!!

I do not take lightly leaving a negative review but wanted to inform anyone else who would look at all of their wonderful reviews for other procedures and think they would be a good place for specifically neurotoxin and fillers, I would not recommend them at all!

I had a very good experience at Botta medical Aesthetics! Liz was wonderful to talk with and listened to my concerns. She explained thoroughly what to expect before and during my procedure. Everything was clean and the waiting area and other areas were very peaceful. Beautiful tropical fish tanks! I was having telangiecstacia (spider vein) treatment so nothing too major but, I felt comfortable and all the precautions were taken. I was explained aftercare and was given a sample of SPF (nice mineral one to try) and will be back for my check in a couple of weeks. It is nice to have a location fairly close for all your Aesthetic concerns. Liz made me feel like a friend. They have a plethora of other treatments available too. Check them out! ~ Lisa Z.

Liz is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled when it comes to providing foot care to clients. I have visited her office for care three times so far and have been pleased and impressed with the quality of her care each time. I am also an RN so I have a background to help me assess her cleanliness and competence and Liz surpasses basic standards in both areas. Plus she is friendly and helpful and her office is bright, pleasant and very accessible. In summary, I highly recommend Liz's services to those needing medical nail care in the Quiet Corner of CT.
