Janine is nothing short of a miracle worker. Over the past two years, she has done something no other hairdresser has been able to do—she tamed the stubborn cowlick in the front of my hair, right where my bangs are. Instead of fighting it, she worked with it, and my hair has never looked better. After going through chemo, I thought I'd never have beautiful hair again, but Janine told me "nonsense"—and she was absolutely right.

Janine's skill is unmatched, and beyond that, she has become an extended part of my family. My mom, grandmother, and husband (who originally brought me to her) all go to her now. Every visit starts with a warm hug, and she's been there for me during some emotional moments, especially when she brought my hair back to life. I genuinely don't know what I would do without her.

Janine is the BEST barber and hair stylist in this entire area! Her attention to detail and knowledge of different types of hair and how a hairstyle will look with your hair type and face shape is amazing! You will never find anyone better, I promise! I now travel almost an hour just to see her and it is absolutely worth it. I will never have anyone else cut my hair. She is also a teacher, so she takes that extra time to cut long hair properly. My layers are always perfect, and her hair tips have helped dramatically improve the health of hair due to abuse from salt water and sun damage. I 100% recommend coming in to see her.
