This place is amazing. I knew from the moment I scheduled the appointment. Scheduling was smooth sailing, the spa manager is so sweet. My massage therapist (Katie) was phenomenal. I got a full body scrub and massage. The details matter and they listened and customized my experience. Did I mention the massage table The most comfortable I've ever been on! I'm in town from Oklahoma, I'll be back to Body of Needs every time I'm in CT. Put this place on your list- five stars across the board!

Found this gem in the center of Middletown! Best massage I’ve had in along time. Accommodating, kind, friendly staff! Lora at the front desk was delightful! Robyn gave the most relaxing yet invigorating massage!

I absolutely love Body of Needs!! Went for a Needful Things Ritual and it was amazing. Katie was attentive, gentle, and tailored everything to my needs. I left feeling like a new person, and very soft! The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I recommend everyone try out this spa as soon as you can!

This was my first time coming here and the minute I walked in the employee at the reception was very pleasant and so nice to talk to. I felt very comfortable coming here when I interacted with him. My massage therapist was Mackenzie and she was very sweet and took her time explaining to me what she will be doing. When I explained to her the areas of my body I needed attention to she made sure she target those areas. I will definitely be coming back here and book with Mackenzie again.

My visit at Body of Needs was exactly what I needed today. Laura was incredibly kind. My MT was Zachary, and the body scrub and massage relaxed and energized me. I left feeling like a new person. If you're looking for a spot for some pampering, I highly recommend lunch at one of the cute spots on Main St, then heading to Body of Needs for a massage.

My husband and I received gift cards for Christmas and we finally got around to using them. I wish I had used mine sooner! I had a prenatal massage with Elle and my husband had a Swedish massage with her. We both had amazing experiences. Best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had and will definitely be returning.

Mackenzie was phenomenal! A perfect experience. Honestly 1 hour was simply not enough- she has magical hands & I could have stayed for hours. I am so relaxed and my pain is so much less than it was prior to my massage. I highly recommend Body of Needs & Mackenzie! I can’t wait for the next one

Top notch service. As someone that has dealt with back issues visiting chiropractors and other masseuse places for 13 years I can say this one is VERY thorough for your specific needs. Extremely welcoming and professional from the minute you walk in the door up until you leave. My masseuse was Zackary, who took the time to figure out what were my exact needs and followed up at the end of the massage to explain exercises and stretches I can perform at home to help eleviate my back issues. A+++ place will 100% recommend to other family and friends and will visit myself again.
