Scheduled an appointment & showed up at my appointment time. I was told that I had the wrong time. I showed my confirmation message from the owner. The employee was extremely rude & acted like I fabricated an email from the owner. We had THREE people for appointments! So this is THREE customers lost. The employee was extremely rude & seriously acted like we made up the time. Who has the energy to do that? When we explained this to the owner, she doubled down on her employees rude behavior & refused to listen. She did make excuses like the person was going through a lot —> so are we! That’s why we wanted to have a relaxing day! Extremely unprofessional. I should’ve trusted my gut when I said the vibes were off.

I wasn’t planning on writing this review as this was months ago, but the owner LISA started “angry” reacting to my comments on social media. I had to block her. Extremely unprofessional, even outside of the business. ESPECIALLY at your ripe age, Lisa. I will never go back & want to warn people of Lisa’s creepy behavior on social media.

HIGHLY recommend Body Mind Spirit Wellness! I scheduled my first ever eye brow lamination/tint and eyelash lift/tint with Kayla and it was amazing!! The atmosphere of the building is so calming and Kayla has such a calm presence. She really knows what she’s doing and she is super gentle. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s been about 5 1/2 weeks since my service and my lashes still look like I just got them done! Can’t wait to go back to her.

This place gives the BEST MASSAGES EVER!! That’s saying a lot for me because I’m a hairstylist, on my feet 12 hours a work day, so I need someone to give me the business. Lol.. I love the atmosphere and different options to choose from to customize the experience. Today was extra amazing, because Lisa, I just feel SO good right now! ✨ I don’t know what you did, I can’t even put it into words but I am feeling light as a feather and just so excited to come back to continue improving my Body, Mind and Spirit™️! ? My posture even felt different just driving home lol you are just a magical little fairy! ?‍♀️ I love all of the little trinkets and treasures in the shop, too.. just overall so relaxing and rejuvenating! Thank you again! ?

I’m not much of a massage person, but let me tell you the lymphatic massage I received in the salt room from Kayla was amazing. I have also had her facials. I always feel so refreshed afterwards. The zen feeling in this spa is enough to make you feel relaxed too. Amazing people and will be back.

What an amazing and beautiful and blessed birthday 50th birthday did I have at Body Mind Spirit. Hatha yoga class in the morning Tibetan bowls in the afternoon . The most healing and serene experience . I was pampered, Respected and honored. What a gift I was given. Love, love, love . So very vey very Grateful ❤️❤️❤️, Not to mention the most fabulous massage and facial ever. … What is Safe and Sacred Space. ❤️❤️❤️

Kayla is amazing! I have had dermaplaning, facials, eye brows stained, eyebrows waxed, chemical peels and back facials from her. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. I have always been 100% satisfied with any service I received from her. She has been my Go To gal for a while!

Hands down the best place to leave your stress OMG!!!!! What an amazing place . Let’s start with the staff so welcoming and warm☺️ Tammy and Lisa know what they doing!!!!!!! I have never been an such a Beautiful room it feels so relaxing, so quiet and clean….. come onnnn the oils they use!!!! Smell like heaven. Thank you all for sending me back home so relax 10/10

The best reiki ever I feel so revived. I also had the most amazing massage by Dennis whom knew so much about where pain stems from and he was able to relieve the pain of my lower back and my shoulders. Absolutely amazing ❤️❤️❤️
