Let me start off by saying - I am very picky about my massage experiences. Having been in the Sports Medicine field for awhile and having had a lot of massage over the years, I have come to have very high standards! Body in Gear has seriously impressed me. The knowledge and skill of the practitioners here are incredibly high. They’re on your team and really want you to feel better. This is not your typical massage experience. They will tailor the treatment to you and your needs and educate you on what else you can do to improve your pain. So grateful that I found Body in Gear! I even got my husband going with treatments because he needs it too!

Zach and his team are VERY impressive. I work in the fitness industry and I have never run across a massage therapist that understands the value of exercise AND the connection to massage. If you continue to struggle with the exact same issue over and over and need massage continually, you likely have a need for some additional intervention to compliment the massage therapy so that you can make permanent changes to your body to heal, grow, and build your body's resiliency.

Body in Gear is the place to go for medical massage. I'm sure they can give a great relaxing massage too, but they are there to help you address issues with your body and you will find success with them.

I've been working with Zach for almost a year now and it has seriously changed my life. I have had lots of lower back issues which has led to sciatica symptoms that I could not shake. Before coming to see Zach I was in chronic pain and I tried other methods like PT and medication to help deal with the pain. After working with Zack and his methodical approach I am now able to manage and minimize my pain. Medical message is the best option for chronic pain relief hands down.

My massage itself left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. My mom also received a massage, and she typically deals with a lot of tightness and pain. She was amazed at how relaxed she felt afterward. We both had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!

I started going to Body In Gear Wellness a couple of weeks ago due to chronic lower back pain. Most recently I had a very bad flare up with severe sciatic pain to where I was not able to walk without severe pain. I am so glad I came across Zach the owner, and Aaron my massage therapist!

Aaron has been my massage therapist and he is just awesome! He is very patient, a great listener and very thorough in his approach! Aaron has definitely helped reduce my sciatic pain and increase my mobility since I started coming here. Aaron is always happy to answer any questions I have and he also has a great personality on top of his great skills! I highly recommend Aaron and Body In Gear Wellness to anyone dealing with any sort of pain or anyone wanting a maintenance massage.
