Jessica is the most fabulous massage therapist I have ever had, and I’ve had massages all over the country! She listens to the areas you tell her need attention, but she also usually finds trigger points and more tension areas without even telling her! She has an amazing technique…very fluid and gentle even when releasing trigger points. She is always studying and learning to perfect her skills even more, and is a great teacher. The 90 minutes just fly by, and I always leave feeling so much better and with increased range of motion and less stressed!
Looking forward to my next trip to Breck just for another massage 🙂

Jessica is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to, and believe me, I am a very picky woman. I am an active person and I rely on massage to keep my body happy and healthy. Jessica has an excellent grasp of anatomy and understands biomechanics like a seasoned expert. Jessica was incredible! This was my first deep tissue massage so Jessica helped me understand the science behind why these massages are so important for your body. She also gave me a few roller exercises at the end of my session that I can do at home to help with various nuances associated with my body. Jessica is very knowledgeable and takes her profession extremely serious. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone, and I will certainly be seeing Jessica again!

I booked a 90min massage with Jess after getting a recommendation from a friend, and it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m currently recovering from a meniscus surgery and have been doing some strenuous PT. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable and explained what was going on in my body due to the imbalance of walking in a brace for the last 2 months. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and is clearly passionate about what she does. I will definitely be booking regular appointments with her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a legit massage therapist.

Jessica is awesome! She helps address the muscular issues that develop when working with your body in the mountains. She gives great advice in order to help maintain your physical health. I’ve made some changes based on her suggestions & I feel better than when I wasn’t stretching & watching my posture.
