I just had the BF TGIF Facial and it was truly the best facial I have ever had. I often neglect my skin and do the bare minimum at home. My skin was really needing a boost and the steps to this facial hit all the right marks while also being relaxing. Charlotte is the best and I love the personalized attention I get with her as opposed to going to a big spa or clinic where you feel like just another customer. I can't wait to get another facial from her!

First of all, meeting Charlotte for the first time is like seeing an old friend. She is so warm and compassionate and immediately makes you feel the care that she brings to her work. And the massage was INCREDIBLE. She loosened muscles I didn’t know were tense. I left feeling so much lighter. I will absolutely be back!
