Blue Coyote hosted our wedding in August and it was so so perfect. Our guests stayed in the cabins and lodge over the weekend and everyone was raving about how nice the rooms were and how great it was to be together all weekend.

The venue is so beautiful for a mountain wedding and it was an absolute breeze to work with Sara during the weekend of the wedding, as well as the year leading up to it.

Thanks for being the wedding venue of our dreams!

We just got married at the Ranch and had a perfect experience. The owner, Sara, and her staff went above and beyond in every respect. From helping with vendor recommendations (all of which were spot on) to ensuring our day was prepped and ready to go, her communication and kindness felt almost like working with a friend. In fact, after losing an important item due to zealous clean up from our guests, Sara was willing to save it from the dumpster for us; what a hero!

Being able to have all of our friends and family around for the weekend made the experience so much more meaningful. The amenities are great, the ceremony site is beautiful and the reception area matched our needs exactly. We loved that our dogs were able to stay with us for the weekend as well. We would strongly recommend it for anyone looking to have a small mountain wedding.

Sara and her team were amazing for our wedding this September. I couldn't recommend this venue more highly!

Her responses were prompt when planning our wedding. On the day of we had some game time weather decisions to make and she handled them all flawlessly.

If you want a venue where most of your out of town guests can stay all in one location AND that's close enough to town to ride your bike, this is the place. Also, did I mention it's absolutely beautiful!

I cannot speak more highly of Blue Coyote Ranch. We stayed here twice to visit, and a third time to host our wedding. It was the most incredible, magical, stunning wedding venue - and nothing beats having ~35 of your closest friends and family stay onsite with you for the weekend! Sara and Mike (the owners) are incredible, they were so unbelievably helpful and communicative with all the wedding prep, and all the team at BCR was great throughout the weekend. Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process, and their planning portal is easy to use and navigate. The property is stunning with all the amenities we could need, the gift shop is adorable (I think almost all our guests staying on the property bought Blue Coyote swag to bring home), and the location is ideal. Just outside of town it was easy for other guests to travel to, and so convenient for running errands and going out in town - all while enjoying the secluded, private, and beautiful, expansive property. We cannot wait to come back and visit again soon!

The Blue Coyote is such a unique and special wedding venue! We loved shooting here and being able to work with Sarah! Amazing views, incredible spaces and cabins for guests and loved ones, and the owners are just wonderful. Anyone would be lucky to have their wedding here!

Everything about our stay at Blue Coyote was perfect…from the comfiest beds and fluffiest towels…to the beautiful decor and magnificent setting, (even in a freak May snowstorm). Sara is the most thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

We took the plunge and chose Monarch as our ski mountain this season. We found Blue Coyote and booked a few weekends. It has surpassed all expectations. The cabins are perfect for our family of 5, the owners have thought through exactly what a family would need to have a good weekend, down to the toilet paper, soap/shampoo, and pack n plays. The property is beautiful and it all just feels so good being here.

Our family booked the whole lodge and one cabin so we could all be together for my nephew's wedding in Salida the second weekend of September. We were so thrilled with the whole experience: the ambiance of the lodge, the wonderful rooms & cabin, the huge table we could all gather around for brunch, and the snacks provided for free. Being able to share one place together created an extraordinary special place for our mini family reunion of 20 people, including three small children. Both evenings we loved hanging out on the back deck to share stories and wine. Sara, the owner was SUCH a wonderful help to us, always available to answer any question and provide any assistance she could. My whole family loved it!
