Highly recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Believe the property is almost 90 acres and is very well kept. This is an equestrian based property, so you can actually bring your own horses and they rent cottages with stalls attached! (They also have ones without) They also offer trail rides through the forest adjacent to Black Prong.

We towed our RV there and stayed on a concrete pad, which came with a golf cart right on the site to navigate the large property. The pool, hot tub, gym was all extremely clean. Online ordering for food pickup as well as a restaurant on site. Couldn't ask for more.

Would definitely come back and a great spot for kids as well!

Everything is new, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the grill is first rate. Our tiny house was a joy to stay in. We booked a trail ride, and the staff did a fantastic job with a group of novice riders. It’s quiet and out of the way, but there’s plenty to do on site as well as Nature Coast activities within a 30 minute drive.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in the tiny home! A week didn’t feel like long enough, especially with the on resort activities they offer. They have everything you need and if you’re missing anything the staff is certain to help you out, can’t wait to stay here again!

We love bringing the horses and staying here. The cabin are great and the barns are super nice and convenient. Plenty of turn out locations. The restaurant has great food and nice bar. You can even hang out at the pool if you want to. Being on the border of the Gothe Forest makes it’s super convenient for trail riding.

Dining is an experience. Excellent service especially by Rowan. Beautiful atmosphere in and out of the restaurant. The food was fabulous. Surf and turf was delicious, only negative was I asked for rare steak and it came out medium rare but was so juicy, I couldn't complain. The braised ribs were phenomenal. We loved the creme Brule but not the key lime bread pudding.

We didn’t actually stay at Black Prong, not yet! But Michelle took us on a tour and showed us a tiny home, which isn’t so tiny, and is a modern sanctuary! We can’t wait to book a family stay here. They have 90 acres on the beautiful property, it’s absolutely stunning and serene. We did a daycation and will absolutely return! We conveniently ordered food from our spot on the deck via a QR code from their restaurant on site. The food was delicious- we ordered the turkey club and pork grilled cheese on Texas toast, with seasonal fruit and hand it fries. My mom and I shared the food. The staff are all so friendly. The establishment is peaceful and inviting. The pool house is clean and has plenty of room, with showers. Highly recommend this diamond in the rough!

I can definitely say my family and I have had a great time here at Black Prong! All the reviews I read were 100% accurate. Michelle has been amazing even before we arrived! Everything is amazing here! Reading this review don’t even think about it any more and reserve here a few days. The place is beautiful and very well kept. We stopped here on the way up from Miami to Ginnie Springs and will definitely make sure we stop here again in the winter time. Thank you again to Michelle and the great staff at Black Prong. We will definitely recommend to all our friends. The Marquez Family.
