Berry did an absolutely beautiful job! I love my braids!! They aren’t tight or pulling and thery aren’t hurting! She has a beautiful spot and a beautiful spirit so I was comfortable!! I will go back💕

I tried Berry and was very pleased at her set up. She was kind and the space was clean and comfortable. I got a Bohemian Ponytail. Her braid work is really neat and looks great. However, her technique is why I won't be returning. I didn't like that her site quoted 135.00 and she told me it was actually 170.00 on top of buying additional hair. I was going out of town though so I just got what she needed. On to the braiding.
She's very gentle around the edges which is appreciated but she does not work through the hair when her fingers get tangled. She pulls and continues braiding which caused significant hair loss for me. I had to wait several days for the pain to subside because one spot she pulled so hard it left a constant nagging pain until the braids loosened. I kept the braids for 30 days and they looked good the whole time.
Taking down the braids was where I noticed an unnatural amount of hair loss. The braids at my crown took all of the hair it was attached to with it. I never experienced THAT before. However, this is the second time I've experienced significant hair loss from African hair braiders. I absolutely love their work but my hair is not strong enough for their techniques. My sister's hair is more coarse and she can keep her hair after their techniques, no problem. If you do not have 4c hair I would recommend some place else but you'll definitely look good leaving her shop either way.

I found Berry information on Google and she was everything everyone said she was. I reached out to her at the last minute last Wednesday to get my hair braided and she took me at the last minute.
