I'm so impressed with this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a spotless environment. The cleanliness of the salon really stood out to me.

The lady who worked on my nails was an absolute sweetheart They were friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails. I was in a rush and they accommodated me with no issue.

First-time customer and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

Bellezza Nails is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and they offer a wide range of nail colors and services. I had a tight schedule, and they honored my time limit without compromising quality. The salon is comfortable and clean. I get dipping done here, and the color selection is amazing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I highly recommend Bellezza Nails for anyone looking for a great nail experience!

The worst nail experience ever. Not only was I harassed by the girl with the tattoo on her face, she called the police and made up a story of me not paying all while still being serviced by the owner who already discussed she was taking off money for the inconvenience. “Tat Girl” proceeded to tell me “if you don’t have the money then just say that.” With a lot of other provoking and belittling words. All because I told her my nails which would be pictured below was not u to par. Not too mention the First Lady who did the nail put on got up because I told her I didn’t want to pay for long nails so make them shorter. It was literally a mess. I had 3 technicians BECAUSE I spoke up, respectfully at that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are problematic in their and would make it seem like you are.

I asked for a full set french tip square shape. The service took almost an hour and half. I’m glad she did not rush but I thought that was a bit long just based off the other salons I’ve been to and requested the same thing. The acrylic was touching my cuticle in a few spots and I feel like the shape is also not square. A few things I liked, I like that they had so many gel polish options. For this being my first time I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I’ve been customer since Dec 2017. I won’t be returning. Today the guy in the brown shirt, blue jeans, tan clogs, and blue LA hat cut my leg with the sharp clipping device. Due to it being an accident despite him seeming to be in a rush I told him it was ok. When I noticed he put regular white on my toes I reminded him that I told him and the two ladies I wanted funny bunny. He got upset and raised his voice saying I asked you if you wanted white you said yes. I reminded him that I said funny bunny which is a shade of white. When he initially asked me what color I wanted I informed him funny bunny. Then he asked me to tell his boss bc he didn’t understand what I was asking for. The boss came over. I let her know I’d like funny bunny. Then she applied acrylic to my toes as I requested.

I didn’t appreciate him yelling at me as if there wasn’t a language barrier that he informed me of and I can’t ask for what I want. Two other ladies had to assist him after he messed up my polish on my toes. It took over an hour and a half to get a pedicure and gel polish. As I was getting my things prepared to go, I noticed he messed up the polish on my big toe. I said something about there being a raise in the polish. The lady in the black and white dress stepped in to fix it. She ended up having to remove the polish and start completely over to fix his mistake. Since I was getting upset I just let them apply regular white that always stains so easily. The white they used wasn’t gel. They repainted my toe 3+ times with regular polish. $72, 2 hours, and a sliced leg?!!! I’ve never paid that much for acrylic on my two big toes, a royal pedicure, and gel polish. Never again!

I saw Pawke today for my nails. She is so pleasant and thoughtful. She did a fantastic job and was meticulous. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I definitely will be back to see her.

Just moved to Jacksonville and I’m super picky with my choice of techs so I was super nervous coming in here! I had called twice the night before but when I came in I was told there was no appointment and I hadn’t called. Nonetheless, the woman who did my nails, Maria Nguyen was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The sweetest tech I’ve ever had, went above and beyond for me, and I’ll DEFINITELY be back for more nails from her! Ugh just the nicest lady. Thank you for making my experience and my nails jaw dropping!!! Ugh even did freeform acrylics and the length and shape I wanted so perfectly ?
