I had a great experience during my hair appointment today with Lolli. I was welcomed in and greeted before I could even sit down. She offered me drinks and snacks and always checked in to see how I was doing throughout my hair coloring process. She took the time to talk to me and figure out what I really wanted which means a lot to me. She also talked to me about upkeep, after care and styling my hair. I love how my hair turned out and highly recommend her! I can't wait to go back for my touch up!!

i went specifically went to @_alexascissorhands for her OWN work she did before, i loved what she did and i went specifically to HER bc i thought she wouldve done the exact hair color, it was light pink with gray undertone, & she let me leave unsatisfied, unhappy with my results my hair color was PURPLE roots, ugly pink, with orange!?! It was insane and she had the audacity to lie and say its pretty, when i said no i dont like it and she didnt care, i shouldve never paid her honestly and she charged me like almost 400$ for the ugliest thing ever. Now my hair got so damaged and had to cut it into a bob because of what she did to my long beautiful hair. and got rid of the color so fast because i felt so ugly in it. Also she literally bleached the whole back of my shirt and didnt even say anything.

Location isn't the best to be honest had an early 9am appointment so I waited outside in the small parking lot until they open, upon waiting I had some creep outside talking to me asking me if I am alone and what not... Coming into the salon looks cute just wish they did some better cleaning and separated the station a bit more (social distancing) The online appointment system is terrible so I would suggest calling in instead for an accurate available date/time. For the service of a haircut it is decent price I am not sure of the other recommend service suggested to me when I just wanted a darker tone balayage done (dark brown and caramel tones). I only had one darkhair tone box dye applied back in December most of it has been coming out and a very small inch at the bottom was bleach but had them cut off with my haircut. I got recommend to do a color correct application that goes up to 350$ plus oplex treatment $50 and on top of that would have been my haircut$60. I don't agree with the consolation so I didn't get it done. I have really fine wavy hair so if I wouldn't have done the color corrector on top of the any other chemical treatment my wavy hair would've been gone. I also think its unnecessary when I wanted a darker tone balayage and not a bleach blonde tone.

Andrea did a phenomenal job cutting my hair! I showed her the references and she asked questions about how I wanted things to make sure I got the desired result and even asked to see the photos a second time to make sure I was happy, which previous hair stylists have not done for me and the result showed that. Thank you!

I got my hair done there a while back and I felt bad writing a bad review but I want to save other people from going through what I did. It was supposed to be a root touch up of all over baby lights. 10 hours later!! 10!! And my hair was a mess. Orange ugly roots and she stripped my hair multiple times because she couldn’t get the toner right either. The owner didn’t seem to care either. Do yourself a favor and avoid a traumatic hair experience like I had.
